200 year old classy hotel right in the heart of the historic district. The hotel takes you back in time as it was restored but not made to be contemporary, which is a good thing! Beautiful property with original marble, moldings and fixtures throughout. Great breakfast that comes with the room and the hotel is a good value overall. Stunning outdoor area with amazing garden and lovely pool. The staff are fantastic!

The breakfast was great we had avocado toast the first day that was the best but sadly they were out the rest of our stay

I paid extra for the presidential suite for the tub, and on the first night there was no hot water for a bath or a shower. The TV was not functional, and there were noisy guests outside my room at 2-3 AM. The hotel is already on a busy street and has city/street noise but waking up in the middle of the night to the people being loud with no consideration of other guests made it impossible to get a full night’s sleep. Overall it was a beautiful hotel but clearly outdated with its plumbing and infrastructure. Only AC units no central AC, and no hot water is very disappointing for the price that I paid for this boutique hotel.

This charming boutique hotel boasts an unbeatable location, exceptional service, and a splendid array of amenities! Merida is filled with kind-hearted and warm individuals; we felt embraced by the welcoming atmosphere wherever we ventured! Hansel greeted us each day with a radiant smile and offered invaluable recommendations for delightful local bars and exquisite restaurants. We are truly grateful for the wonderful experiences we had!
My stay was a 5. For the following reasons food, location, room and staff. Our stay unlocked breakfast. We also enjoyed cocktails and food. Two bed room very spacey, clean and we had an A/C to keep it cool. Location is downtown restaurants, shops, vendors and with plazas all close.
Perfect location. We were able to walk to most of all the location that we wanted to visit. Nice little pool! Customer service was great. Our bathroom was a bit to small other than that it was perfect!
The location was perfect. The hotel was lovely and the staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Absolutely loved it. We would definitely stay there again.

No es recomendable irte por recomendaciones pésima opción .
