Fajny, komfortowy pobyt, minus za płatną strefę zabaw

Duży wybór na śniadaniu
Pokoje komfortowe
Fajna strefa basenowa
W restauracji bardzo dobre jedzenie, chociaż dość drogo

Cons:

Płatna strefa zabaw dla dzieci, 9€ za cały pobyt
i ta strefa jest taka dość słaba - kulki ze zjeżdżalnią (tylko na zjeździe ze zjeżdżalni materac, a.pod resztą kulek twarda podłoga) 2 huśtawki, 3 samochodziki, klocki, 2 rowerki, tunel i bajki na dużym ekranie (to mogliby usunąć i dać coś ciekawego)
Pierwszy raz się spotkałam, żeby w hotelu trzeba było dodatkowo płacić za strefę zabaw

Понравился номер, завтрак, местоположение.
Пляж и парки прекрасные, все рядом. Номер выбрала с терассой, наслаждалась чашечкой кофе на терассе

В спа было слишком много людей для меня. На ресепшн персонал мог быть доброжелательнее

Pros:

Good facilities, nice spa and pools, playrooms for kids. Very nice breakfast, good value for the money in Parnu.

Cons:

Family room is too small, the big playroom and parking is paid extra. Despite having booked long in advance we got the room on ground floor and felt like it should have been nicer. We heard it was fully booked but still with the advance booking a family of 4 should be treated better.

Cons:

Hotell on 4* kuid spaa on väga vana, massaazibasseinis on porand terve liivaga või prügiga täis, vesi on must ja hägune. Spaa lagunenud.
Toas oli õudsalt palav, konditsioneer ei teinud toa jahedamaks üldse, oli vøimatu magada kuna toas oli ligi 28 kraadi.

Det er sandsynligt vi kommer igen, hvis prisen på opholdet er til den rigtige pris!
Pros:

Ledelsen tog min henvendelse om dårlig opførsel af den mandlige receptionist, der ikke gav rigtige oplysninger og lyver ved indcheckningen, han var en overminded sjuanist! Room with Seaview, High Up, if possible handicap friendly! Bekræftet af Hotellet! Men jeg måtte betale €135 ekstra, selvom det var bekræftet!

Cons:

Hoteles Manager og Reception Manageren der begge var behagelige personer tog min henvendelse seriøs!

Хотелось бы лучшего внимания к деталям в номерах.
Pros:

Администатор на ресепшен была очень любезна, завтрак хороший, территория вокруг ухожена.

Cons:

*Подушка очень жесткая, болела шея.
*В настольной лампе не было лампочки.
*К сожалению, на балконе было грязно.
