Mon séjour au Radisson Blu Hotel Marseille Vieux Port a été excellent. Pour moi, c’est clairement le meilleur hôtel du secteur grâce à son emplacement idéal et son cadre magnifique. Les chambres sont superbes, confortables et très bien entretenues, et le personnel est toujours souriant, accueillant et professionnel.

Cons:

Seul bémol : dans ma chambre, il n’y a malheureusement pas eu de réapprovisionnement en eau, alors qu’il faisait environ 25°C dehors. Par temps chaud, il est pourtant essentiel de mettre de l’eau à disposition des clients.

J'ai réservé la suite 450
dans la chambre nous avons eu en permanence un bruit moteur meme avec la clim éteinte. La suite étant située à coté du local d'entretien,, nous avons eu tout l'après-midi le bruit de ce local comme si il y avait un déménagement. Je l'ai signalié à la réception mais l'hotel était complet.
