Pros:

Chouette hotel, très bien placé, personnel adorable. Belle décoration. Petit déjeuner tres bon et varié.

Cons:

le lit et les oreillers sont très durs, beaucoup de monde à la piscine, impossible de trouver un transat.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Lage vom Hotel ist super zentral gelegen. Die Ausstattung und das Personal vom Hotel waren hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Good find - would stay again
Pros:

The pool was lovely. The room was clean and well appointed. Very comfortable. I had to ask for towelling robes but this wasn’t an issue.

Cons:

There was one particularly officious staff member working the breakfast area. He did you a disservice because everybody else was lovely.

Blatant and unapologetic racism!!
Pros:

Because of a few reasons I can sadly say that I could not fully enjoy my stay in this beautiful hotel. The blatant racism and discrimination between the rankings of the staff broke my heart, and it's the reason I will never be going there again. In all reception and waiting positions at the hotel, there were ONLY light skinned persons. And then, occupying the lowest positions (the cleaning staff), I never saw ANYONE except dark skinned people! It filled me with rage until the point of crying tears mixed with anger and sadness on my last day (I stayed almost a week). That day I saw a BOY who definitely was younger than I am (21 years old), scrubbing the floors in the lobby. He dared not even look in my direction, let alone talk to me! It felt as if I was transported back to an age of segregation and I so lamented the fact that, cleaning up other peoples dirt was probably going to be that young man's destiny. He is likely never going to be in my privileged position, where he can stay in a four star hotel and have other people clean up after him. This hotel isn't even ashamed of the fact that they give light skinned people the better paid and visible jobs, and give the invisible, physical and low-waged jobs to black people! What's even more interesting is the fact that Marseille is a famously mixed city of people of all colours. I do not understand how this beautiful and well situated hotel can get away with this very obvious and unapologetic racism in this year of 2026! This is unforgiving behavior and results in the fact that I will certainly not be staying in a Radisson Blu Hotel EVER AGAIN!

Hôtel très agréable et bien situé pour visiter Marseille.
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait, la chambre était grande, propre et bien climatisée. Le parking à proximité est très pratique et le buffet du petit déjeuner est parfait.

Cons:

Sewage smell from the bathroom. Hotel does not help with the luggage, one has to carry on ones own. Cups for Nespresso like mugs, do not fit and the hotel does not have cups, pool too small, too few sunbeds
