Hotel très agréable proche de tous les points d''intérêt de Marseille.
Pros:

Le personnel super gentil qui m'a permis finalement d'avoir de cette chambre au calme située dans le patio. Un petit break au soleil près de la piscine.

Cons:

la planche du WC qui se détachait. Le taxi recommandé par la réception qui était 20 euro plus cher ( 79euro) que le taxi normal que j'avais pris à l'aller de l'aéroport ...et en plus pas clean et cabossé.

Отель, отличный! Приехали утром, сразу засели. Плюс сделали апгрейт номера бесплатно на большой с видом на Цитодель. Завтраки супер! Остались очень довольны.

sehr gutes und sicheres hotel mit hervorragender lage zur altstadt und sehenswürdigkeiten
Pros:

excellente lage am vieux port mit sicht auf zitadelle und hafeneinfahrt.
die schallschutzfenster sind sehr effektiv, so dass kein lärm von der strasse zu hören ist.
die reception ist sehr freundlich, auch hinsichtlich eines frühen eincheckens.
das hotel ist absolut sauber und sicher,
wir kommen gerne wieder

Pros:

l'emplacement - le confort des chambres- La vue sur la Citadelle superbe- l'accueil à l'arrivée- le personnel du petit dejeuner absolument à l'écoute et la qualité du petit déjeûner impeccable.

Cons:

Une très mauvaise experience à la fin du séjour m'empêche de mettre une bonne appreciation. J'ai oublié mon manteau dans l'armoire de la chambre et après de très nombreux échanges avec les équipes d'accueil, et mes mails répétés au Directeur de l'Hôtel (qui n'a même pas jugé bon de me répondre personnellement et a délégué l'affaire sur ses équipes qui ont fait ce qu'elles ont pu), on m'a affirmé ne pas avoir trouvé le manteau et ne pas pouvoir interroger le nouvel entrant sur la situation....Ils n'ont pas voulu faire de déclaration en responsabilité civile et je me suis fait répondre une fin de non recevoir hormis un dépôt de plainte en Commissariat (évidemment très facile à gérer pour une Normande qui visite Marseille pour la 1ère fois). Très décevant de la part d'un hôtel 4 étoiles qui lui n'hésite pas à vous prendre un dépôt de garantie monétaire à l'arrivée dans les lieux ☹️
