The room was clean and smelled nice. Good location. Mostly quiet.
There's a ton of mold in the bathroom. There was a non-stop ticking sound coming from the bed like somebody lost a watch in it. AC sounded like it was making a capacino.

Every one at the hotel is very professional and courteous.
Jenny does an amazing job with providing for the customers as well her adorable baby boy. The Patels are family friendly people and run a nice clean environment of a Hotel.
Mack will give anyone the time of day as long as you are respectful and courteous to him.
The policies are well understood and reasonable for my likings as well.
The location is in a great place. There are food locations within walking distance from the hotel.
Uber ride share is a must choice and gets to the hotel fast.
Breakfast is always ready and good
The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The pool is always clean as well as the area around it.
The atmosphere has a kind of peaceful serene calmness about it.
Value of the hotel is affordable and budget friendly. Noise? What noise!!!

The room was filthy when I stayed the couch in the room looked like nasty things happened on it there were a pair of old socks behind the bed and the room smelled musty and a lot of appliances where broken including the microwave the wall plugs above the nightstand and a hole in the walls behind the door plus I had a very important interview and made breakfast than threw it away because you aren’t allowed to leave the room with it plus most all of the employees have horrible attitudes except for one when I checked in
7-31-26 Baymont Murfreesboro Location Was Around Plenty Restaurants, & Stores . My Room Was Clean But Had An Odor . Bed Was Comfy. My Check In Host Were Awesome Both Of Them. But Run If You Get The Front Desk Clerk From Hell . While Checking Out I Encountered The Most Unprofessional, Brazen, & Impudent Young Lady . I Wouldn’t Want Anyone To Experience. She Will Make You Forget Your Sanity And Your A Child Of God. I Believe Her Name Is Jenny She Didn’t Want To Give Me Her Name Or Corporate’s Number. So I Got Her Picture & Overheard A Guest Say Something About Her Being Late That Morning 8-1-2026 . Enough About Her Breakfast I Walked In And Back Out Nothing Like They Claimed It To Be Online . I Really Feel Like I Was Catfished Online Because The Reviews & Pictures Didn’t Match Up At All. Like They Used AI Or ChatGPT. I Don’t Think I Would Ever Stay There Again Just Because Of The Ignorance Of That Young Lady. I Could Deal With Any Or Everything Else But Her .
We were definitely catfished, the room looks nothing like the pictures online. The hot breakfast is a joke it's just bagels, waffles and some cereal not at all what I was thinking. They also don't allow you to take it to your room. Had a guest in the breakfast area coughing and clearing her throat while trying to eat was just GROSS!!!! The room was not clean whatsoever the bathroom was dirty, tv didn't work and the room wet, smelled moldy. Trah outside the rooms, stray cats everywhere. This was a stayca for my son birthday I decided to leave a day early do to the condition of the rooms and the fact my son woke up sick they refused to refund the unused days. The lady Jenny was highly disrespectful and made sure to tell me I won't be getting a refund because I refused to take another nasy room.
The price was great!
Staff were not really friendly especially the check out clerk. The $100 cash deposit was a surprise, no explanation and staff were surprised that I would ask for a receipt. Also, the grounds are looking bad- overgrown shrubs, trash, cigarette butts and even a condom in the parking lot.

Felt like this hotel is being used as a long term stay for most of the people we encountered. Non-smoking hotel, but seems everyone was a smoker, including front desk help, and you had to walk to through the smoke haze to and from the room as everyone was standing outside room smoking.
Absolutely horrible experience. I was kicked out of the breakfast lobby and humiliated in front of multiple people for wearing APPROPRIATE shorts and a T-shirt to breakfast.The front desk lady was completely and incredibly unprofessional and rude. They also locked us out of our room before our 11 AM checkout time, and the was locked on multiple occasions when it should’ve been open. On a separate occasion, they charge us $20 for my husband, bringing me a waffle back to my room as I am legally disabled. 0/10
