Sketchy area and I was initially given a room key to a room that was being renovated/ boxes & equipment everywhere, no bed. It was sorted out, but a bit annoying at 11pm after a long days drive

We did not get our room cleaned on the second day.
The bed was comfortable. Location was great.
The first night the room key didn't not work. I had to pack my things back in the car. She rescanned the keys and went to the room and the bathroom lights did not work and the toilet had not been flushed. I went to front desk and got a different room. The room had wet towels and dirty tub. I call to front desk the offered a room on the other side of the hotel.. i declined to move. It was after midnight. I asked could they just come clean the room. After i return that night, i realize that housekeeping stole my bath and body works products. So sad. I made a complaint. I have not heard from anyone.

The TV didn't work at first but the clerk came and fixed it.
Comfortable bed. Pretty clean.
You need to get sink faucets that are longer. The one in the room was too short and water went all over the counter. You also need to get new shower curtain rods. The one in the room was bent and the curtain slid to the middle causing water to pool up on the floor. We used extra towels to mop up the water. It would be cheaper to fix these things than deal with the expense of water damage.
Also, some fruit for breakfast would be nice.
The staff members were extremely helpful and kind
The curtains were yellow, the room smelled of cigarettes and the tub had cigarette burns on it. The room is in bad need of renovation.
The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and efficient. He took our concerns about bugs spotted in bathroom of first room he gave us seriously and he gave us a new room where there weren't bugs (these were not bedbugs). He wrote down the concerns for his manager to address.
The mattress was very lumpy in the room we had. The breakfast was paltry and not enjoyable.
