My check in experience was a nightmare! My flight got in late and I arrived around 10pm, desk attendant was apathetic. He didn’t offer valet and had me park on the street and enter through a gate then drag my suitcase down bumpy unlit paths all while the sprinklers were on. I was soaked and very unhappy by the time I found my room. My bungalow was dusty and had chipping paint around the shower. No water in the room. The manager did call me and apologize as well as left macarons but definitely not a hotel I would recommend. There are much better for the same price point in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Colony Palms for my husband's birthday. All of the staff from our restaurant/pool attendant Sam, to check in staff like Deanna and Christina, Kai, and our valet Jared made us feel so welcomed and taken care of during our entire stay. The property's restaurant food, drinks, and service was so great. 10/10 would stay here again. Highly recommend!
The Colony is a delightful oasis in the heart of Palm Springs with lovely grounds, a beautiful pool area, spacious and stylish rooms, attentive staff, and a colorful Hollywood history. The moment you step inside, you feel transported to a lush garden hideaway. Highly recommend!
Beautiful hotel, from the inside of the room to the lounge and pool areas outside. The staff was generous and nice. Parking was confusing, but other than that, I would 100% come back and stay here!
Love the charm of this property. The grounds are beautiful and very tranquil. The fact that it’s adults only makes it the perfect couples getaway.
The food and beverage prices were higher than expected. The digital menu had cheaper pricing than the physical menu so it was easy to tell where they increased. I would consider other properties based on this factor. $39 for a poolside burger is a bit bananas.
We love, loved our stay at Colony Palms. First of all the hotel itself is absolutely stunning and meticulously maintained and really perfect. The pool was the perfect temperature, It was beautiful and peaceful. The Jacuzzi was gorgeous. The restaurant was also just gorgeous !! I can’t say enough about how lovely our stay was! I could go on about how beautiful the hotel is, but it’s truly the staff that makes this place a complete gem! From the moment you’re greeted in front until the moment you leave from your stay, everybody is so caring and wonderful and just wants to make your time there perfect! And it was it was absolutely perfect! We will definitely be returning
The hotel was nice and the service was great. We had a massage which was good but overpriced. We did not eat at the hotel. The room was good but for the price I expected better.
