Een top plek, met een aantal aanpassingen zouden we er zeker terugkomen.
Pros:

De locatie was top!

Cons:

-Geen koffie en thee faciliteiten
-De spa werd verbouwd en dit was van te voren niet gecommuniceerd.
-Een late checkout was niet mogelijk, en doordat de spa dicht was, konden we ook niet nog even gebruik maken van de faciliteiten om te douchen.

Cons:

Che a Ibiza se rientri la notte o quasi mattina e parli in camera tua non puoi essere disturbato dal guardiano notturno che ti dice dì abbassare la voce. Non ha senso . Inoltre né Booking né l'albergo ci hanno preventivamente avvisati che la SPA non era funzionante e questo lo trovo molto , molto grave. Mi aspettavo un rimborso parziale.

Entgegen der Beschreibung kein Spa mehr, kein Innenpool mehr, kein Fahrradverleih mehr…Urlaubstage im April, drum extra auf diese Ausstattung geachtet. Waren sehr überrascht dass diese Bereiche ohne Vorankündigung geschlossen waren, den Leuten an der Rezeption war das ziemlich egal

Cons:

-Als Spa und Wellnesshoten inkl. Sauna, Indoor-Pool & Gym beworben und auch dafür bezahlt. Bei Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass alle diese Einrichtungen aufgrund von Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen waren. Das war für uns der Hauptgrund dieses Hotel überhaupt zu buchen!

Catastrophique. A fuir.
Cons:

Nous avions payé pour 3 nuits avec accès au spa et à la salle de sport. A notre arrivée: pas de spa ni salle de sport et malgré nos demandes itératives, aucune compensation de l’hôtel! Du vol pur et simple!
Aucune isolation. Impossible de dormir on entend tout le bruit du couloir et des chambres voisines.
Eau du robinet au petit déjeuner (connue pour être mauvaise à Ibiza mais servie quand même)
Ci-joint les photos de la salle de sport fermée, entrée du spa bouchée, et malgré tout sur le tv de la chambre toute l’offre de spa toujours en place! Mais aucun remboursement possible malgré nos demandes pluri quotidiennes.

Posizione fantastica e personale molto gentile. Colazione non wow ma buona e trovi un’ottima scelta. Le camere sono grandi, confortevoli e pulite.

Cons:

Ci sono dei dettagli molto migliorabili per il tipo di hotel e dove si trova. Ma la cosa peggiore è che abbiamo avuto dei disservizi, siamo stati avvisati tardissimo e se ne sono fregati. Sopratutto il direttore assente e colpevole. Avevamo preso 8 camere

Wellness is voor onbepaalde tijd buiten gebruik. Dit werd reeds gemeld aan Booking maar boden nog steeds aan met “gratis toegang tot de wellness”. Na mijn klacht werd dit nu aangepast op de site. Ik heb wel nog geen antwoord mogen ontvangen op mijn klacht.
