We had a wonderful stay at Bordoy Continental Palma. The hotel is beautiful, stylish and very comfortable, with a perfect location for exploring the city. Our room was spacious, clean and very nicely decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The staff were friendly, professional and always happy to help.

The location is one of the biggest advantages — everything is within easy walking distance, including the old town, restaurants, shops and the seafront.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay at Bordoy Continental Palma again. Highly recommended, especially for couples looking for a comfortable and stylish hotel in a great location! ❤️

Hôtel de qualité.
Pros:

les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Les matelas sont très confortables. la climatisation est efficace et pas bruyante.
La salle de bain avec baignoire et douche est grande et fonctionnelle.
Nous avons entendu peu de bruit dans la rue et dans l'hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner est complet, on peut en plus commander des oeufs avec la cuisson de notre choix et des brioches avec saumon et avocat, c'est très correct.
Plusieurs restaurants de qualité à proximité.

Cons:

Dommage que le bar soit peu fréquenté.

There is no one to help with the luggage. And this is unbelievable at a 4-star hotel in Palma. Not even someone that could help me park my car. But Marc was great m. Credits to him.

Cons:

In quattro giorni avevo avuto un’esperienza positiva, grazie anche alla gentilezza del personale della colazione. Purtroppo, l’ultima mattina un addetto alla colazione diverso molto giovane è stato sgarbato e poco professionale, rifiutandosi inizialmente di prepararmi un espresso nonostante la macchina self-service non funzionasse. Un singolo membro dello staff può davvero alzare o abbassare in pochi minuti la percezione di un hotel quattro stelle.
