Hotel niepozorny z zewnątrz, ale ma eleganckie wnętrza. Pokój obszerny, wygodny, ładnie urządzony. Bardzo miła obsługa, szczególnie Pani, która podawała śniadania
, które były naprawdę smaczne (ciepłe dania na zamówienie). Najważniejsza jest jednak bardzo dobra lokalizacja: blisko do zabytków, portu, przystanków autobusowych.

Cons:

Tzw. SPA. Nieprawdą jest " całodzienny dostęp w cenie", jak głosi oferta.

Great Hotel and Brilliant Staff
Pros:

Really nice , clean and centrally located Hotel on the edge of Palma Old Town.
The Staff are so friendly, Helpful and Professional, nothing was too much trouble for them.
Breakfast was Fantastic, the usual Buffet Continental Breakfast complimented by an al la carte option .
The Hotel and rooms are immaculately clean and our room 315 was no exception, it was a huge room with an even bigger bathroom.
All in all a Fantastic 3 nights stay 10/ 10.

Super holiday base
Pros:

Super hotel, beautiful decor, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff, huge choice for breakfast. The hotel is ideally placed for plenty of good restaurants, buses, the old town, shops or the marina.
