Muy buen hotel
Pros:

El hotel es muy cómodo luminoso, habitaciones amplias y un desayuno con productos de excelente calidad y carta de platos calientes muy buena.
El personal de recepción y de la cafetería es excelente en profesionalidad y amabilidad.
La ubicación no es en la playa pero a pocas calles de las principales atracciones de la ciudad y a sólo 2 calles del autobús del aeropuerto.

Cons:

Estuvimos 3 noches y solo hicieron la habitación una vez

Pros:

The room is large, with a huge bed, and both the room and the hotel are clean. There is an electric kettle in the room with tea bags and coffee.

Cons:

There were no slippers or bathrobes, which was unexpected for a 4-star hotel with a spa.

We were told to book the spa in advance and were asked to leave a deposit so that we would come at the scheduled time. However, when we arrived at our appointed time, the spa was occupied because the administration had mixed up the bookings, and there were people inside who had made their reservation after us.

Neither the sauna nor the hammam, as advertised, were working.

Great location and spacious rooms, but the facilities and service could be improved.
Pros:

The best part is definitely the location. The hotel is also quite spacious and the rooms feel large and comfortable, which makes the stay more pleasant.

Cons:

The gym is very basic and could be better equipped for a hotel of this category. The breakfast was average, not bad but not outstanding either. At times the reception area felt a bit disorganized, which gave a slightly unpolished impression.

Very long check-in time (about one hour), despite prepaid accommodation, due to staff training on a new system
Shower access requires stepping into a bathtub
Spa facilities were not fully operational: sauna was cold, steam sauna was out of order, only the jacuzzi worked
Poor drainage in the women’s shower area, causing water to pool on the floor

Pros:

- Vriendelijke vrouw aan de receptie.

Cons:

- zeer oubollig hotel uit de jaren 70. De tijd is blijven stilstaan. Bovendien was onze kamer ook echt aan vernieuwing toe. Het authentieke karakter mag blijven bestaan, maar plamuursel blijft best aan de muur kleven.
