Important information:

The Suncliff Hotel has a heated indoor pool, sauna and mini gym on site for guests to use free of charge during their stay.

If dinner is not requested upon booking then there will be an extra charge in addition to the stated amount.

Please note that onsite parking is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis and chargeable at £12.00 per car per night. Street parking on the seafront is available via pay and display machines. It is not possible to reserve parking prior to arrival.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by Central Reservations. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

For all payments made and booking types the card holder must be present on check in and the same card must be presented for a security swipe via chip and pin on arrival, failure to provide the same card will result in the payment being refunded to the original card and an alternative payment method requested before check in will be permitted. The property reserves the right to charge bookings in full up to 48 hours prior to arrival during weekends and peak times regardless of reservation policies.

Please note only one small dog (under 10 Kg) is allowed per room, at an extra fee of GBP 20 per night. Please note dogs are not allowed in the common areas, with the exception of guide dogs. Please note that cats or any other type of pets cannot be accommodated at this property. Dogs are not permitted in our Ocean Front Terrace Rooms.

At least one guest per room must be over 18 years of age, minors are not permitted in their own accommodations without prior consent of the hotel.

All bookings of 6 or more rooms booked together will be treated as group bookings as per Oceana Hotels’ policy. Pros:

Beds were comfy thats about the only good thing about this place.

Cons:

Creaky floorboards, noise duing the night from upstairs rooms, crap view, hot room, didnt sleep at all, wouldn't recommend this hotel at all

Great stay.
Pros:

Me and my teenage daughter had a great stay. Even tho the room was a bit on the small side it was made up with a small balcony with sea view. The sauna and indoor pool have been great. We also both loved the evening entertainment.

Cons:

We stayed on the 3rd floor and the Wifi was really bad. For breakfast I would wish for some 'fresh' fruit or vegetables.
