The Suncliff Hotel has a heated indoor pool, sauna and mini gym on site for guests to use free of charge during their stay.
If dinner is not requested upon booking then there will be an extra charge in addition to the stated amount.
Please note that onsite parking is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis and chargeable at £12.00 per car per night. Street parking on the seafront is available via pay and display machines. It is not possible to reserve parking prior to arrival.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by Central Reservations. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
For all payments made and booking types the card holder must be present on check in and the same card must be presented for a security swipe via chip and pin on arrival, failure to provide the same card will result in the payment being refunded to the original card and an alternative payment method requested before check in will be permitted. The property reserves the right to charge bookings in full up to 48 hours prior to arrival during weekends and peak times regardless of reservation policies.
Please note only one small dog (under 10 Kg) is allowed per room, at an extra fee of GBP 20 per night. Please note dogs are not allowed in the common areas, with the exception of guide dogs. Please note that cats or any other type of pets cannot be accommodated at this property. Dogs are not permitted in our Ocean Front Terrace Rooms.
At least one guest per room must be over 18 years of age, minors are not permitted in their own accommodations without prior consent of the hotel.

Wir verbrachten eine Nacht hier. Die Lage ist toll entlang der Uferpromenade. Es gibt einen Spa-Bereich den wir aber nicht nutzten. Die Aussicht unseres Zimmers war auf den Hinterhof, was uns aber als Durchreisende nicht interessierte.
Das Hotel war sehr belebt, wahrscheinlich auch wegen des "Bank Holiday bzw. May-Day" Wochenendes. Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Frühstück gibt´s in Buffetform, alles sehr lecker und reichlich. Parkplatz war zwar sehr voll, haben aber noch einen Platz gefunden.

The room was dirty The sheets were the same dirty and the towels were dirty the bathroom was falling apart the shower leaked their was no space in the bathroom the shower curtain was mouldy the fire alarms didn't work the pool was tiny the gym was a waste of time with a exercise bike and a treadmill the bar closes at 8.30 pm and it's expensive the parking for 1 night was £12 it should be free from the state of the place we had a super king bed with 4 pillows a thin cover the heating wasn't on only the towel rail worked so was warm if you needed a pony in the night didn't bother with food from the state of the room we just survived the night it's like the villa Bella from only fools and horses
Swimming, breakfast and dog friendly. All made our stay worry free as the room was a good size and close to the lift which helped my husband who has limited mobility as well as easy for taking the dogs out . Thank you.
Possibly an earlier start for swimming as it was rather rushed to get a swim before breakfast but we did manage to fit it in!
I love the location, being right by the sea and within walking distance of everything is brilliant.

Had a bad experience with the bed.
It was two single beds put together but hadn't been zipped up, myself and my partner both fell through the middle of the bed on our first night.
I reported this to the reception as I had landed on my elbow. I thought it was dangerous.
The staff were very courteous and offered to change our room the following day.
One of your receptionists mentioned the zip on the bed and why had it not been zipped up?.
We also had to single sheets on the beds and two single duvets, every time you moved in the bed the sheets came off which then meant we were sleeping on bear mattress.
This was the only issue we had, we didn't change room as it was convenient for us and once the bed had been zipped together it was okay.
We would however, stay there again.

Maybe a mini bus say one every hour would help to Bournemouth centre and Back to hotel as buses not reliable would be very helpful to some people.
It’s very important to bring a good mood on holiday rather than focus on hotel renovations or some kind of standard. This is a 3-star hotel that truly deserves its name: the view is stunning, the food is amazing, and the staff do their jobs flawlessly. There should be fewer complaints during a holiday—come with a positive attitude and you’ll see wonderful things all around. Thank you, it was a fantastic weekend.
