Important information:

The Suncliff Hotel has a heated indoor pool, sauna and mini gym on site for guests to use free of charge during their stay.

If dinner is not requested upon booking then there will be an extra charge in addition to the stated amount.

Please note that onsite parking is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis and chargeable at £12.00 per car per night. Street parking on the seafront is available via pay and display machines. It is not possible to reserve parking prior to arrival.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by Central Reservations. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

For all payments made and booking types the card holder must be present on check in and the same card must be presented for a security swipe via chip and pin on arrival, failure to provide the same card will result in the payment being refunded to the original card and an alternative payment method requested before check in will be permitted. The property reserves the right to charge bookings in full up to 48 hours prior to arrival during weekends and peak times regardless of reservation policies.

Please note only one small dog (under 10 Kg) is allowed per room, at an extra fee of GBP 20 per night. Please note dogs are not allowed in the common areas, with the exception of guide dogs. Please note that cats or any other type of pets cannot be accommodated at this property. Dogs are not permitted in our Ocean Front Terrace Rooms.

At least one guest per room must be over 18 years of age, minors are not permitted in their own accommodations without prior consent of the hotel.

Please ensure the correct occupancies are selected on booking, failure to do so may result in your check in being refused. Identification will be required for age verification purposes.

All bookings of 6 or more rooms booked together will be treated as group bookings as per Oceana Hotels’ policy. Group bookings will be contacted within 7 days of making the reservation and will be treated as advance purchase bookings. The full nonrefundable payment will be required within 7 days of the reservation being made, no cancelations, modifications or refunds will be permitted for any group bookings. These group terms and conditions override any rate policy that has been booked. Pros:

Nice big room. They gave me a fan. Restera t was a1. Bar staff friendly as was reception and helofull ,tgere was a lift. Never got to see the pool etc a went out sightseeing i did opt for a upgrade from standard. Glad i did as was staying . M.onday. to fri glad i did as room huge.

Cons:

Noise at rhe back over night like .mebe i was near a jakusi, heard clattering of beer barrells a lot and other noises as was hot,1q needed windows open no grab rails in bathroom, i thought glass was dangerous if you slipped had to keep asking for milk tea suger

Great for a short break
Pros:

Staff were helpful throughout our stay. Good location, walkable distance to city centre and train station. We stayed in a sea-view room, which offered beautiful views. The on-site bar and restaurant were convenient, Breakfast was also enjoyable.

Cons:

No air conditioning in room though there's a fan provided, it wasn't sufficient during the hot weather. The Wi-Fi connection in our room was also unstable, and mobile phone reception was poor, which made it difficult to stay connected.

Nette en vriendelijk ontvangst.Snelle incheck en een kleine rondleiding door het hotel.Ivm de hitte elke dag een groot glas met ijsklontjes(niet verwacht)maw een goede service.

Huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia ja heinäkuussa on KUUMA. Huoneessa oli pieni ja melko tehoton tuuletin, joka oli kuitenkin parempi kuin ei mitään. Todella hankala suihku - kesti kolme päivää, ennen kuin ymmärsimme, miten se toimii.

The room did the job but wouldn’t stay again in a hurry.
Pros:

The location was perfect for the beach and what I needed to attend an event at Sandbanks. Short taxi ride away.

Cons:

The room was very dated, old wall paper, dirt/stains up the wall behind the bed. Outside of the window, the roof below was covered in all sorts of bottles, baggies etc. I booked for 2 nights and informed the property I would be arriving the next morning and not staying for first night, and when I arrived we were delayed going to our room as they needed to check it was clean. The emails I received were lovely and polite, the staff at the front desk were not so personable. Pillows very comfy, bed was a little springy but quite comfy. Tape holding the towel rail together. Some upgrades definitely needed to this time warp room.

Cons:

The room was so hot and I requested 2 single beds and we got a double.

Got told it will be sorted when we got back from dinner 4 hours later still not done.

We ended up doing it ourselves.

We also did get offered to change rooms to a family room with bunk beds but were a bit too tall to fit into those.

Plus after a 4 hour drive down the last thing you wanna do after a long day is change rooms.

Great hotel, just patchy wifi 😅
Pros:

Closen to amenities. Staff were also really welcoming and helpful. Space was good and on site bar and other facilities was really good too

Cons:

I dont know if it was our particular room but our wifi connection was incredibly patchy. Mobile service wasn't good naturally where we were by the sea so it made things like accessing a movie for the evening a little difficult considering there were no Netflix apps etc to log into
