Important information:

The Suncliff Hotel has a heated indoor pool, sauna and mini gym on site for guests to use free of charge during their stay.

If dinner is not requested upon booking then there will be an extra charge in addition to the stated amount.

Please note that onsite parking is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis and chargeable at £12.00 per car per night. Street parking on the seafront is available via pay and display machines. It is not possible to reserve parking prior to arrival.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by Central Reservations. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

For all payments made and booking types the card holder must be present on check in and the same card must be presented for a security swipe via chip and pin on arrival, failure to provide the same card will result in the payment being refunded to the original card and an alternative payment method requested before check in will be permitted. The property reserves the right to charge bookings in full up to 48 hours prior to arrival during weekends and peak times regardless of reservation policies.

Please note only one small dog (under 10 Kg) is allowed per room, at an extra fee of GBP 20 per night. Please note dogs are not allowed in the common areas, with the exception of guide dogs. Please note that cats or any other type of pets cannot be accommodated at this property. Dogs are not permitted in our Ocean Front Terrace Rooms.

At least one guest per room must be over 18 years of age, minors are not permitted in their own accommodations without prior consent of the hotel.

All bookings of 6 or more rooms booked together will be treated as group bookings as per Oceana Hotels’ policy. Group bookings will be contacted within 7 days of making the reservation and will be treated as advance purchase bookings. Good value for money. Near the beach. Facilities on site and the sister hotel. Good breakfast that is straightforward.

Cons:

Needs updating - the rooms on the photos are far from reality. Parking is not free. I entered my registration number on the terminal and at check out paid £12. 2 weeks later I get a parking fine through the post which I had to appeal and submit evidences.

Our stay was very enjoyable.
Pros:

It was very close to the beach.
The room was large, clean and bright
with a sea view. . Bed was very comfortable! All the staff were very friendly and polite, very welcoming. Especially the bar staff.

Cons:

No air conditioning.
Did have 2 fans in our room tho.

Room was tiny very dated unclean had a old fan in the room chucking out hot air the room was unbearably hot as it was a hot day but 1 half of the hotel seemed to have air con but our side none we never stayed the night we left asked for money back got told no and even got charged for parking wouldn’t recommend this place

Cons:

De kamer was klein, zeer warm 30 graden, raam kon klein stukje open, maar buitenom was het raam ingebouwd. Op paar decimeter was een aanbouw, kon geen frisse lucht binnenkomen.
