Dopo una certa ora non è possibile neanche acquistare una bottiglia d’acqua capisco tutto ma una struttura così grande dovrebbe garantire almeno la possibilità di acquistare dell’acqua anche con un distributore automatico per il resto è tutto ok davvero un bel posto

Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo, tiene muchos sectores que se aprovechan, la playa, la pileta, el spa, las habitaciones son agradables y cómodas. Esta bien ubicado. Con transporte por mar y colectivos cerca que llegan hasta el casco historico de Dubrovnik. Sobre todo quiero destacar la calidez de los mozos y meseras que nos atendieron en los diferentes restaurantes del hotel. Y quiero mencionar a Jana. que trabaja en la recepción, que nos ayudó a cambiar la habitación conservando las mismas características que habíamos contratado pero con una hermosa vista. Cuando uno viaja espera encontrarse con personas asi de empaticas, que se pongan en el lugar del huésped y busquen la mejor solución para ambas partes logrando que la experiencia sea completa.

Cons:

Apenas llegamos nos dieron una habitación de la categoría que habiamos elegido pero que estaba en un segundo piso y la vista era muy fea. Daba al lado lateral del hotel y a unos techos que arruinaban la corta vista al mar desde la habitación. Para nosotros era muy importante que la vista completara la experiencia que buscábamos. Por eso recomiendo que en las páginas de busqueda de habitación se aclare bien que vista va a tener uno o se de la posibilidad de elegirla porque realmente no da lo mismo cualquier vista. El hotel tiene una arquitectura con muchas zonas que se despegan del edificio central y de acuerdo a donde a uno le toque cambia muchísimo la vista

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Astarea. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen und freundlichem Service.

Es werden viele interessante Ausflüge und Kurztrips angeboten, sodass für jeden etwas dabei ist. Auch Dubrovnik ist gut erreichbar und absolut beeindruckend – eine Stadt, die man unbedingt besuchen sollte.

Das gesamte Personal war stets sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Nur das Wetter war manchmal etwas zu heiß. 😉 Ansonsten war alles hervorragend.

Zelo čiste in prostorne sobe. Zelo blizu je morje ki je zelo urejeno. Bazeni so bili izvrstni, zadosti ležalnikov ter zelo ustrežljivo osebje. Priporočam vsem.
