Hotel parfait comme point de départ pour des excursions
Pros:

Petit hôtel bien tenu, agréable, très bien placé au centre d‘Ancelle , au milieu de la vallée du Champsaur . Petit déjeuner copieux, diversifié. Repas du soir aussi très bon.

Cons:

Tout était parfait jusqu’au bruit de la pompe dans la cour .

Die Lage war okay

Cons:

Kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen, Spa hätte man im voraus reservieren müssen.
Ich konnte nicht schlafen, da wir einen Sicherungskasten und Modem im Zimmer hatten.

Cons:

Bel hôtel mais cher par rapport aux prestations., surtout que les 2 Spa sont payants A mon avis, c’est un bon 3* mais pas un 4*.
La piscine est toute petite avec 3 transats .

Die Suite hatte eine Küche, aber alle Schränke mit Geschirr waren abgeschlossen. Wieso? Will man nicht, dass gekocht wird? Zu wenig Kaffeeutensilien für die gebuchte Belegung

Accueil au top malheureusement le reste n'a pas suivi

Propreté des chambres : le lit était plein de résidus noir, une mouche morte. Pas de mini bar, frigo vide. Deux petits bouteille d'eau à air ambiant.
Qualité de la chambre : Chambre privilège, ne servant à rien pour une nuit. En effet, le.coin cuisine pour une nuit, cela ne me semble pas un privilège pour 260 euros.
Dîner : serveuse désagréable. Repas moyen, surtout la fondue liquide composée de (c'est la serveuse qui me l'a dit) Emmental, Comté, Beaufort, Gruyère, à l'arrivée un soupe de fromage qui n'a jamais lié. Pas d'abondance ou tome de savoie. Pain passé au micro-onde.
Un petit déjeuner inconsistant pour un 4 étoiles : pas de jus d'orange (je suis arrivé à 9h30 et poussé à la sortie à 10h. J'ai demandé de bacon, on me refusé car la cuisine fermait à 10h. Viennoiseries rassies ou de la veille.
Pas de départ tardif.
Bref je pense que ceux qui attribue les étoiles n'ont pas été au top sur l'établissement. Un petit 3 étoiles serait suffisant.
