Todo, recepción atención nefasta, seguridad nefasto, orden nefasto, comida regular, organización en todos los hábitos pésima, descontrol, el suelo de los pasillos peligroso, limpieza justa, camas rotas, colchones en mal estado.... Ni hablemos de lo mal organizado que estaba el tema de los equipos de fútbol.

Tardamos en hacer el check in a las 10 am y que nos entreguen las llaves a las 15, un Total de 1:45 y es demaciado tiempo perdido

Pratique pour petits séjour en terme de rapport qualité /prix et sa situation.
Pros:

Sa situation, les soirées festives.
Les chambres très bien équipées.

Cons:

Le réfectoire est très bruyant.
Petits déjeuners normalement servi jusqu’à 10h mais à 9h15 pas de renouvellement et déjà des produits retirés . Nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié le petit dej en terme de service. Et si on demandait le personnel n’était pas du tout aimable. C’est dommage

Pros:

Me gustó lo que es la ubicación y que tuviera dos piscinas

Cons:

Que no tengan mantenimiento de limpieza en las habitaciones, ya que tuve un percance donde me picó una chinche o algún bicho y a mi madre también, lo que es el somier de los colchones son muy anticuados y deberían de hacer limpieza profunda, ya que es un Hotel de cuatro estrellas y la verdad no parece un Hotel con esas estrellas, luego que también hay instalaciones como el suelo de la piscina que deberían de reformarlo, pero a lo que es el personal muy majo y muy atento eso si falta de personal porque a la hora del checking solo habían dos personas y éramos 50 en la fila
