I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Ginza. The team was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive throughout my stay. I even forgot some valuable personal items, and they went above and beyond to help arrange sending them safely to a friend in Japan. Their care, honesty, and professionalism truly stood out and made a big impression on me. I am very grateful for their support and would absolutely love to stay here again.
Todo exelente, ubicación, atención, seguridad, comodidad, procuraría mejorar opciones del desayuno
It was a good experience. The staff is helpful and tried their best to please. However the English language skills could be improved especially since the hotel represents an American chain. Breakfast was adequate and filling. However unusually expensive which encourages people to explore other avenues which abound around the hotel. The Ginza was very close by and all the famous shops were a walking distance away. Also getting trains took a while getting used to for a novice but in a day or two we could get around rather easily. Getting a Suica card on arrival was rather helpful and helped paying for verytrain tickets , in taxis and in almost every shop. Easily rechargeable in any railway station. Worth getting one on arrival. Credit cards are also very helpful.
Posizione, efficienza, pulizia, gentilezza del personale.

Rooms were very small.
Access and rooms were too small for tall people like us.
The buffet is expensive but it’s really the only feasible dining option for breakfast. Very geared toward Asian cuisine but some options were avail for Americans. Rooms are VERY small but there to sight see so weren’t in room but to sleep.
Great hotel! Near so many shops and very easily accessible to the trains.
Near to all shop

All round good stay. Buffet breakfast included in room price is convenient and good value for money. House keeping was excellent, and the team on the 10th floor were very helpful, and always did a wonderful job. Only complaint is that when I was checking in, and asked for an additional night stay, the male desk clerk said I had to book through the 3rd party online provider I had booked with, and could not book at the desk with him. I knew he was just being lazy (which annoyed me a lot), so I just let it go, and came down the next morning to book an extra day with the lovely lady at the desk. Please Marriott, get rid of the lazy staff like this, they are not good for your business. He was middle aged Japanese man with mostly grey hair, and could have booked an extra night for me, but could not be bothered. I was the only person at reception at the time, so he cannot use being busy as an excuse. Apart from him our stay was very good :)
