Pros:

Location and quiet setting. Our suite had a very nice set up for our large family.

Cons:

Pool water was a little cold. One of our air conditioners in the rooms had a condensate leak that made the carpet wet with a musty smell.

The location fr was good

Cons:

They told me they would charge 50 dollars for incidentals i have a pending charge of 250 dollars that overdrew my credit card super annoying and really insane to have a pending charge of so much. I have gotten gas at the pump pleny of times and it pends maybe 100 dollars. No where near 250 dollars that is outragous. I know it will return on my card but thats unprofessional and nonconventional.

5sos concert, perfect hotel to end the night!

close to the amphitheater, friendly staff, clean rooms and very spacious. full size fridge, ac was awesome.

Pros:

Convenient location for what we were in town for.

Cons:

Could have been a little cleaner. There were old band-aids, tons of bugs and hair in the pool. A lot of the surfaces in the room were rather sticky to touch. Kind of a let down, but it served its purpose.

Great location and spacious rooms!
Pros:

It was very close to the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater and only took about 10 minutes to walk to. The room was spacious and the A/C was the best I’ve ever had.

Cons:

Some of the room’s furniture had some WILD stains on it, so those were avoided.

The pool was dirty with bunch if hair, food, and dirt inside. The breakfast room was closed at the time it was supposed to be open and by the time we left the cookers just came in.

Pros:

Very close to the venue and restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Nice kitchenette. Nice breakfast. Bed was comfortable. It was a good value.

Cons:

The carpet in rooms needed cleaned had a odor. Hot water in tub was wonky until I figured it out.
