Airport Hotel

Bit further from the airport than anticipated from the map etc but we made it work! Quite clean but with works ongoing at present. Overall a decent stay with a lovely breakfast selection

We arrived late as our plane was delayed...the reception staff were very friendly, quick and efficient. The young lady at the coffee bar was helpful and served us very quickly.

Staff was extremely helpful. Even gave us vouchers for free breakfast at the airport since our flight was so early.

Stayed over in The Airport Hotel, Bergamo, for one night after a flight into the airport.
They do offer a shuttle service for morning time to the airport. The private taxi was a 15 minute drive.

The facilities looked ok and the greeting staff were very nice upon arrival, which was late in the night.
I was informed that the kitchen was open until 10.30pm, the staff there were very accommodating and the food was quite nice.

The room was ok, good sized double bed, with comfortable pillows. The shower was quite powerful and refreshing.
The breakfast the next morning had quite a range, to cater for all.

The only thing was that there wasn’t as much soundproofing, as I had expected from an airport hotel. I could hear throughout the night, road and air traffic, aswell as a noisy refrigerator.

Altogether, it was a nice stay.

Having stayed at this hotel before and had tea and coffee making facilities, we were slightly disappointed not to have them this time.
It's a good hotel and serves its purpose close to the airport. The staff are welcoming and rooms are clean.

Good hotel if you have your own transport. No public transport near the hotel so add a €40 tax ride to the hotel to your budget otherwise. Their shuttle bus is one way only.

Nice restaurant on site, clean rooms and comfy beds!

The staff were nice. Thecservicecat breakfast excellent, and the food good.

No air conditioning complained to reception advised to open windows would of been ok but builders were on site.breakfast was frankfurters cut up into one inch long bits,scrambled egg was like it was sitting out all night,boiled eggs was halve cooked,bacon was like hard cardboard.the fruit 1 banana for twenty guests,plums were hard couldn't bite them.stay clear.

Only one night - perfect location for the airport. Staff very helpful. Didn't use any of thd facilities. We just found the fridge in the room to be very noisy !!

Stayed the night before flying from Bergamo. It was close to the airport and well priced. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Room service was also handy as the family were tired after a long day in Milan and didn’t feel up to eating in the restaurant. Great stay and would use again if in the area.

Breakfast was good!

Perfect for an early flight.

I was placed in this hotel for a business trip and it was one of the worst experiences I have had.

I was here for 3 nights I had to pay yes pay to rent a kettle to use in my room, the staff were rude to most members of the party. Single word answers or no straight answers and honestly made the whole stay less than enjoyable.

There is no proper gym equipment and it’s all very minimal.

The meeting rooms were beautiful, well lit, and honestly and enjoyment to work in.

My room, was clean and basic and had everything we needed.

Be aware it’s close to the airport so sleeping with the window open will be disturbing from the noise. However it didn’t bother me just an observation of the room.

Overall wouldn’t visit again or recommend to others.
