Great stay
Pros:

Lovely experience at the Strand. I had to make changes to my reservation and Susan was incredible with the process. Also, Snow at check in was very helpful and made it quick and easy. Rooms are nice and spacious but the AC doesn't really work so well.

Pros:

Restaurant Staff and Food is excellent.
My waiter Narayan is extremely attentive and efficient. Brilliant waiter , makes the dining experience very pleasurable.

Pros:

Really helpful friendly staff on Reception, in the bar & restaurant. Great facilities and I'll be back later this year for another stay with you.

Pros:

The hotel location is good also the facilities
The room was clean and the house keeping was so good.

Cons:

The room was on the 1st floor and there was no view most of the view was the reception top so it was not good
We asked the staff to re-allocate but they did not respond
