Great stay! Recommend
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and spacious with an American outlet! Location was great.

Cons:

The jacuzzi and pool looked really nice on the pictures, however, they could use a little clean-up. The jacuzzi had like black stuff at the bottom.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Spacious, comfy rooms and good quality dining.
Pros:

Great location within easy walk of sites and access to Shannon airport by bus. Spacious room with comfy beds. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Added bonus having the good sized swimming pool and spa facilities.

Cons:

Breakfast staff not very attentive. Both days I ordered poached eggs and had to remind them to bring from the kitchen, by which time they were cold.

Overall, while the location is excellent, the service and amenities could be improved.
Pros:

The hotel has a very convenient location right in the city center, which makes it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops.

Cons:

However, there were several downsides. The hotel did not provide bathrobes or slippers, which made visiting the spa quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the parking is paid, and this was not clearly indicated anywhere in advance. The staff were also not very friendly, which affected the overall experience.
