Fenix Beach Apartamentos

We chose the Fenix Beach apartments from your web sight as your information inferred that the Hotel and Apartments shared the same facilities. That was very difficult as the Hotel was shut and the pool surround was being repainted and also there was no lifeguard for most of the week!! Also the Apartments did not have our booking!!!! They had to make contact with you after we arrived and had to wait wondering we had anywhere to stay!! I feel that my party over paid considering there was no food, no pool bar, no pool, in fact no facilities other than the rooms!! We will not be using you again!!!!!!!

The motel was small but the room was very clean and The receptionist was very friendly and very kind.

L'unica nota negativa è la zona defilata e circondata da enormi edifici : vedremo in estate ! C'è anche la piscina e l'animazione......

El hotel está bien, solo puedo comentar sobre la habitación ya que apenas pase tiempo en el hotel. Habitación cómoda con cocina equipada muy útil si viajas con niños, bastante amplia tanto el salon como cuarto de baño y habitación ademas de tener una terraza.
Fuimos fuera de temporada y el restaurante buffet del hotel no estaba abierto, información que no consta al hacer la reserva asi que un poco decepcionada por esa parte ya que pensábamos cenar y desayunar en el buffet todos los días. Lo demás bien piscina abierta fuera de temporada

Hotel was a pleasant surprise and facilities great. Some staff where aloof at times but we did manage to get assistance from others when we needed to.

Apartamento muy sucio y falto de mantenimiento, no apto para ofrecer al público. Adjunto foto donde se puede apreciar una hermosa cucaracha en el baño, aparte del deplorable estado de la bañera y su grifería. Lo mejor, la amabilidad del personal y zona de hotel

Great facility and we had a wonderful balcony overlooking the pool area.
Staff were very welcoming on arrival
Disappointed we couldn't eat at the restaurant as it was fully booked.
Apartments could do with a refurb and the self service laundry was filthy

Quiet location but only a short walk from the beach, shops, restaurants etc. Good sized apartment,which was very clean. We had a huge balcony overlooking the pool area. Other balconies were much smaller and I can imagine it being very noisy in high season. We really enjoyed our stay and it was excellent value for money.

It's perfect for the price you pay,its close to everything. The service was really helpful.

WorSt holiday ever. Will not use expedia again.
Hotel was closed. Only room available . Wirks going on around us and bare wires in room. Had to move for safety reasons . NEVER AGAIN !!!
