Las instalaciones estámuy bien diseñadas, el personal increíble, un servicio al cliente maravilloso, una atención muy buena.

Cons:

Una experiencia muy buena, únicamente le bajaría unos grados a las termales que estaba algo calientes para mí gusto personal, por lo demás lo recomiendo, es un lugar increíble. Las instalaciones y los servicios la arquitectura de las termales muy bonitas.

Pros:

My trip to Costa so far so good and the places we have been staying at have made it better! And Arenal Manoa couldn't have done it better! Staff were super nice and attentive. Every day housekeeping would make a different type of animal decoration on the towel which was super cute but mostly that they would put fresh bedsheets and towels that was a plus. Breakfast was buffet style and and even had a section of gluten free! Delicious by the way!!
We stayed for 4 night and for staying for a long period they complemented with lunch on the 4th day without exceptions from the menu from entree to dessert wow!! Big plus. I highly recommend to anyone visiting La Fortuna to stay at this resort place was secure and awesome!

Pros:

A vegetação é exuberante, o quarto espaçoso, a vista para o vulcão é incrível, os funcionários muito amáveis. Para coroar tudo isso, recebemos um almoço de cortesia no terceiro dia. Foi inesquecível. Ah, as piscinas termais eram lindas, convidativas, quentinhas... Foi tudo perfeito.

We would absolutely stay here again, and have recommended it to many friends who planned to travel in the future.
Pros:

The property was beautifully maintained, and the staff was very attentive to all of our needs.
The springs were fantastic, and were much needed after a day of activities. The villa rooms are perfect, and provide some of the best views of the volcano.
