It was our family vacation, and we all had an amazing time at this resort! Everyone was super happy with our stay. On our last night, the resort surprised us with a complimentary dinner — the food was delicious! The staff were friendly, helpful, and very responsive. If you have a rental car, you can conveniently drive and park right in front of your room, which was a big plus for us. Each room also has a balcony, and you can see the volcano right from your bed first thing in the morning — absolutely breathtaking!

Family vacation.
Pros:

We stayed here for a family vacation. It was such a beautiful place to stay. You walk out of room and you feel like you are the o Ly one there. The spring pools on property were amazing and they come and serve you drinks in the pool. The main dining hall is open and you can watch the wildlife (and volcano if it’s visible) right there when you eat.

My friends and I stayed at Arenal Manoa for a girls trip in the off season (September) and we had a fantastic time. The resort, is stunning, from the amenities to the views and food everything was really well done. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and were so friendly, we particularly wanted to shout out housekeeping for their personal touches!

The staff and the cleaning were impeccable. The breakfast was amazing that was included with the stay and while I didn't use the VIP credit it didn't really cover one service so it just didn't seem as worth it to me. It was still a wonderful stay. The hot springs were not as hot as I would expect but it's a natural temperature so it was nice just having the bar located near the pool.

clean room with thoughtful decorations to our towels everyday - gorgeous volcano view from room when the sky clears up too!

there's a convenient shuttle bus within the resort, but overall very walkable - also offers a variety of hot springs and the riverside spa was a delightful treat. we will come back!
