Property is great! Location and views of the lake. Very comfortable rooms. Swimming pool.

Garbage can in the kitchen has not been emptied from the last guest. Other than that, room was clean.

Beautifully maintained and sparkling clean! Marriotts never disappoint! Fresh and healthy complimentary breakfast. Our two room unit had a well stocked kitchen! Very gracious staff! Very convenient to Sebring and AvonPark both. Would stay here again!

Pros:

This location was one of the best Residence Inns that we have stayed. We especially liked the naming of the luggage carts. What a way to get the guests to return them to the front!!
