Anything really
Location was good for tayto park.
Kid friendly hotel and dinner and food was excellent
Brilliant location as we were at Emerald Park. Nice swimming pool but if they could all kids till 7.30pm cause most would leave park for 6, and rush over to hotel and into pool.
Parts of the pool not repaired in a long time,
At dinner our chips were cold and I got replacements when we were about to pay (rest of dinner was lovely)
Booked a taxi in was told it would cost €45-€50 ended up €71. Parts of playground not fixed in a long time.
Very good breakfast but for the price I payed for the room breakfast should b included having to pay
Having to pay for breakfast and children breakfast as well
Perfect stay actually stayed an extra nite
Lovely food good swimming pool and facilities
Great location
Location to Emerald park was great. Evening food was lovely.
We had no hot water in our room on our first evening. Staff were of no help and basically said there was nothing they could do. No mercy at all. They didnt even check with us after to see had it been resolved. Breakfast is not worth the money €65 for 2 adults 2 kids buffet cold buffet food.
Location perfect for trip to Emerald Park. Very family friendly with family entertainment and arcade.
Basic rooms. Pool was very cold.
Good location. Very close to Dublin but felt like you were out in the country.
€20 for a buffet style cold breakfast - the only negative I can say about the hotel. I definitely would not waste money on this. Everything was cold, pastries were stale, couldn’t even add milk to cereal as milk machine was broke.
Nothing
Terrible service, very poorly managed , never experienced hardship like it trying to amend my booking , multiple calls with no resolution or response
Had my grandkids with us.age 5 and 4. We were able to get our room early 2pm which was great after a 2 hour journey. Kids able to get sorted for pool, spent a few hours in it.up to room showered and ready for dinner. Then to the kids mini disco..entertainers were amazing 👏 Kids loved it.Bed early up for breakfast and spent our day in Emerald park. Will most definitely return next year for 2 nights.
Personally I thought breakfast prices were slightly overpriced. Cost us 70 euro for 2 adults 2 kids.
