Nice hotel, good food, nice pool
Pros:

Overall the stay was okay. Highlight was the staff in the pool/spa area. She was lovely and so kind even though bombarded with questions about the pool.
The restaurant staff were also brilliant. Very accommodating and patient for room service ordering done at the bar.

Cons:

The staff at the desk were less than... There was no sense of welcoming and when I asked questions I was quickly answered as if I was an annoyance and not a paying customer.

Fantastic! if ever in the area will be back again!!
Pros:

We stayed in the hotel as we were attending a wedding near by. The room was huge, the staff were lovely. the facilities were great. we had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and the dinner portion sizes were massive, great value for money! we loved it! the breakfast was a buffet hot and cold and everything was fresh, tasty and hot!

Cons:

Can't really fault the hotel at all, we had asked for a taxi to be booked and it turned up on time as requested. If I had to pick something and this is really clutching at straws, better tv channel options? but again, it didn't bother us at all!

Great family friendly hotel and pool
Pros:

Great pool for toddlers. Location very close drive to Emerald Park. Big bar/ restaurant area. Big, spacious room with bath for toddlers.

Cons:

Arcade only open certain times in the year and for kids aged 4-11. My toddler would have loved to go in. But large family entertainment complex across from the hotel with bowling, soft play and arcade.

Satisfactory stay but not a special stay. Not a four star in my opinion. Won’t be back.

Clean. Modern. Restaurant very well run in the evening and food very good. Staff in restaurant very diligent.

Cons:

Safe in room broken. Some power sockets not working. Jacuzzi in pool broken and some features in pool not operating. Breakfast very average/poor and a bit of a rip off in my opinion.
