Pros:

The pool experience was really nice. The food was really good. The staff were super nice.

Cons:

The room was so warm with minimum air circulation and we could barely sleep. Air-conditioning took hours cool the room. Otherwise everything else was really good

Family midterm break
Pros:

Nice room. Love the water refilling station every floor. Leisure facilities is great and clean. Great location.

Cons:

Breakfast cost was overpiced. I was annoyed on our check-out day, the housekeeping kept opening our door first at 830 then later at 1030. Surely they know its our check-out day why not wait till check-out time 12noon.

Nice for families
Pros:

Very friendly helpful staff, extremely clean. Playground and nice grounds outside. Sensory room and arcade for children.

Cons:

The changing rooms in the leisure club were spacious and clean but there was no plastic bags for a wet swimsuit or a spinner to get the water out of them. There was no nowhere in the showers to put your shampoo. A lot of the hooks for your towel in the showers were gone. The shower pressure was absolutely terrible and was extremely hot. could not be turned down for children.
Also, I feel like the price of the breakfast was extremely expensive, especially when you have allergies or celiac disease. There was barely any options.

Cons:

nous avons attendu plus de deux heures pour avoir notre chambre. elle etait destinée à des handicapés : lavabo années 50, bas accessible en fauteuil !, douche avec fauteuil adapté , rideau douche gris et moche, pas très propre, enfin "fatigué" , WC sans abattant, bref pitoyable pour un soi disant quatre étoiles , une chambre d'hopital... . nous donnions sur la cour ( bruits ...) . Beaucoup de bruits dans cet hotel car c'est un lieu de vacances et il y a un parc d'attraction et donc beaucoup d'enfants tres bruyants et mal élévés, type enfant roi . Le restaurant l 'est aussi et c'est dommage car bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel du restaurant sympa et à l'écoute Nous avons pu changer de chambre . le petit déjeuner n'était pas inclus . Bref ca ne vaut pas un quatre étoiles . je ne reviendrai pas . Nous avons été ensuite à Dublin dans un vrai quatre etoiles.

Rooms were comfortable

Cons:

The service in the resturant was awful. Had to wait 40 minutes, even more, to be served every time. Ended up eating in a resturant outside the hotel.

Great spot, nice hotel but turn the music down.
Pros:

The rooms were great. Nice and clean and very comfortable. The pool at the lesiure centre was good. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and kind.

Cons:

The music from the gym downstairs went from 9pm and we could hear the bass ALLLLLLLL night. It was really disappointing.

Fantastic hotel, great family facilities.
Pros:

As a family of 5 it is tricky to find rooms that can fit us all in comfortably but this one did with plenty of room to spare. The hotel staff were so welcoming and made my daughter feel very special on her birthday. We enjoyed the pool (don't forget your swim caps!) and had a fantastic breakfast the next morning.

We were requested to move room
In the early am we have a six year old who was still awake but was not overly noisy but neighbours complained very bad form on the hotel behalf

Peaceful and quite stay.
Pros:

The room is clean, spacious and spotless.

Cons:

The fridge was completely empty, I was if there was a courtesy water, biscuits or snacks in there. I travel a lot and not finding such a little complementary snack or at least water was surprising, considering the premium we are paying for the room. Also, the rate did not include breakfast which I found quite cheeky.
