We like it very much cause it’s right near the harbor. We like looking at the harbor in the morning in the evening. Beautiful hotel is beautiful.

Cons:

Price fluctuation don’t like that that much.

Convenient with Great Views
Pros:

Nice and convenient experience at the Hampton Inn!

We were going to the Channel Islands the next morning, so we booked this hotel primarily for the location to the dock (a less than a 5 minute drive). Also, speaking of location, there was a nice walking path right outside our room that followed the marina -- it was very relaxing and an added bonus to our stay.

We booked a king sized room, facing the harbor with a balcony. For a Hampton Inn, it had a pretty stunning view, with a great sunset in the evening over the water. The room itself was very clean, smelled new, with a good amount of space to spread out.

Upon check-in as a gold member we were given free water and our choice of snacks. We skipped the free breakfast in the morning, so we can't comment on that.

Overall, would definitely return if we are in the area!

Cons:

Extremely limited parking due to construction, this was not mentioned at check in. We had a very difficult time figuring out where to park abd had to go ask,
Air conditioner placement made it hard to cool the large roon.
