Cons:

We needed the sofa bed made up, and extra blankets. We had to ask several times - they didn't seem to understand that we needed someone to actually make up the bed for us, and that the sheets and pillows and blankets stored in the closet weren't enough.

Quiet, well maintained hotel
Pros:

The hotel is excellent. Well maintained. The room was very clean with comfortable beds and a great shower. Book a marine view is possible. It's lovely sitting out on the deck and seeing great sunsets.
