Cons:

Room had flooded. Pull out sofa broken into metal pieces. Room smelled like something had died in there. Sold out of rooms. This was 1am. Was told sorry you can have a refund. Finally “found” an avail room an hour later. Got up for breakfast at 7:10 am. Out of all food. Downstairs breakfast area completely flooded.

Was impressed by the look and cleanliness of the hotel. I liked the room and the wide open space.
Pros:

We were not able to have breakfast since it opened at 7:00 am and we had to be somewhere else at the time.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is the Air conditioning unit in room 239 made noises every time the air cut on and off.

Met and exceeded my expectations, particularly with check in.
Pros:

Convenient location immediately off the interstate.
Friendly and helpful staff at check in, very accommodating.

Cons:

All of breakfast should be ready at 7:00. Many travelers, including myself, are anxious to get on the road. People had to wait or go without eggs, sausage, and pancakes.
