Duży pokòj, bardzo duży wybór jedzenia na śniadaniu, bardzo ładny hotel, czysto.

Cons:

Wybrałem apartament z aneksem kuchennym, jednak w pokoju nie było żadnych naczyń i przyborów by ten aneks wykorzystać. Zadzwoniłem na recepcję z prośbą o talerze, sztućce, noże, deskę, garnek i patelnie, za 15 minut obsługa przyniosła samą patelnie i garnek, wytłumaczyłem co jeszcze potrzebuję, wydawaľo mi zię że obsługa zrozumiała, ale przez 30 minut nikt nie wrócił. Zadzwoniłem kolejny raz na recepcję i wydawało mi się że moja prośba jest dla nich nowa - za kolejne 15 minut dostałem dwa zestawy talerzy, widelce i łyżki (a byliśmy w 3 osoby). Nie dostałem deski, noża, ale już nie miałem siły tłmaczyć czego potrzebuję raz jeszcze. Podsumowując, oczekuję że jeśli biorę pokòj z kuchnią to kuchnia będzie w pełni wyposażonq, bym mógł z niej skorzystać.

Reasonable at best
Pros:

There was a lot of options for food. The location in the city is very good. The option of getting breakfast boxes for the midnight Bromo tour was very nice.

Cons:

We couldnt use the pool on one of the days because apparently its a public pool and there wete swimming lessons. We were not made aware before booking. This affected our stay a lot. Also for some reason we were called by the reception often, 2 times with them being unable to explain to us why they called.

Het personeel is vriendelijk, Kamer was mooi en schoon, goed uitgebreid ontbijt

Cons:

Kwam baby kakkerlak tegen in de kamer, volgende dag in de douchebak. Denk dat ze via het afvoerputje binnen komen. Melding gemaakt bij de receptie en kreeg een upgrade kamer in een nieuwere gedeelte van het hotel. Al was het nog maar voor een dag en een nacht. Een groter en mooiere kamer. Goed opgelost!

The lobby was beautiful.

Cons:

I can’t believe this is a four star hotel as the room we stayed in was in absolute shambles. The flooring was coming off, one of the lights above the bed didn’t close so we had to call maintenance, black mold in the roll up curtain in the shower(?). Every place was just old and worn down. Worst part was there was absolutely no noise cancellation and you could hear everything from other rooms and the hallway. Might as well had slept with the door open. When we checked in the service was also cold. Breakfast was okay but not super good.

Liburan singkat yang menyenangkan
Pros:

Hotel yang tidak baru, tetapi terawat dengan baik, dengan kamar yang nyaman, etnik, dan kebetulan juga kami dapat menikmati car free day di Hari Minggu di depan hotel,, tersedia makanan dan minuman yang dapat dibeli dengan harga terjangkau dengan rasa hotel. Semua staff melayani dengan sangat baik dan ramah, lokasi hotel yg strategis menambah pengalaman yang menyenangkan. Maju terus Mercure hotel.

Pros:

Mostly accessible, lots of restaurants on site, and pool-gym-spa. Loved the hotel driver who gave a great city tour.

Cons:

Difficult long slope to walk up to the elevators. But found an alternative elevator.
