Pros:

Please make sure to indicate specifically in case a non smoking room is needed. The default seems to be a smoking room, even with children. Luckily the staff helped to resolve the issue

Duży pokòj, bardzo duży wybór jedzenia na śniadaniu, bardzo ładny hotel, czysto.

Cons:

Wybrałem apartament z aneksem kuchennym, jednak w pokoju nie było żadnych naczyń i przyborów by ten aneks wykorzystać. Zadzwoniłem na recepcję z prośbą o talerze, sztućce, noże, deskę, garnek i patelnie, za 15 minut obsługa przyniosła samą patelnie i garnek, wytłumaczyłem co jeszcze potrzebuję, wydawaľo mi zię że obsługa zrozumiała, ale przez 30 minut nikt nie wrócił. Zadzwoniłem kolejny raz na recepcję i wydawało mi się że moja prośba jest dla nich nowa - za kolejne 15 minut dostałem dwa zestawy talerzy, widelce i łyżki (a byliśmy w 3 osoby). Nie dostałem deski, noża, ale już nie miałem siły tłmaczyć czego potrzebuję raz jeszcze. Podsumowując, oczekuję że jeśli biorę pokòj z kuchnią to kuchnia będzie w pełni wyposażonq, bym mógł z niej skorzystać.

Reasonable at best
Pros:

There was a lot of options for food. The location in the city is very good. The option of getting breakfast boxes for the midnight Bromo tour was very nice.

Cons:

We couldnt use the pool on one of the days because apparently its a public pool and there wete swimming lessons. We were not made aware before booking. This affected our stay a lot. Also for some reason we were called by the reception often, 2 times with them being unable to explain to us why they called.
