El hotel es precioso, vale la pena por el edificio y las estancias. Pero el resto acompaña, el personal, la limpieza y comodidad, el desayuno, todo perfecto.

The stay was acceptable overall, but the lack of transparency about parking and the limited customer
Pros:

The location of the hotel is convenient and the room itself was acceptable after I was moved to another one. The parking garage is also useful, although the conditions should be communicated more clearly during booking.

Cons:

Parking information was misleading: the first booking page only states that parking must be reserved, but the 17€ charge appears only later in the detailed information. Reception staff were not very helpful and responded in a rather bureaucratic manner. In addition, the first room had a very strong smoke smell because the hotel had used a fireplace chimney, and I had to request a room change. When I asked the staff to come and smell the room themselves, they seemed surprised instead of addressing the issue proactively.
