Location, staff, beautiful landmark in a gorgeous town

Difficult to move around if you have mobility issues. I was given a room that had two sets of stairs to get to it and one of them didn’t have any railings to hold on to.
This was my second stay at this hotel and none of my suggestions were taken into account.
Similar access problem to get into the hotel if you are handicapped. No ramp nor railings to climb the front steps of the main entrance and no other access was proposed. Otherwise it’s a beautiful, luxurious hotel in a beautiful setting opposite the Opera National de Bordeaux.
