Séjour fabuleux, hâte de pouvoir revenir.

L’emplacement, l’accueil, l’écoute, l’amabilité et le professionnalisme du personnel, chambres superbes et propres. Peignoirs et chaussons, machine à café très appréciables. Piscine superbe, rooftop ambiance très agréable. L’établissement est sublime, la décoration est raffinée, les services au restaurant et pour le déjeuner sont impeccables, personnel aux petits soins.

A perfect way to start a holiday
Pros:

The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and the perfect temperature. The food and drinks were delicious and the staff went out of their way to look after our luggage, call a taxi and help us with our bags.

Great Hotel in Bordeaux - Perfect Location
Pros:

Recently stayed here while visiting wine country. the property was amazing. we had such a great time and really loved the rooftop bar overlooking the city. Lots of restaurants and shopping right outside the hotel. we will definitely return to this property when visiting Bordeaux.

Staff was on point the entire stay - thanks for the great service!!!

Pros:

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Rudest staff imaginable. Despite the fact there are forest fires everywhere and other hotels canceled they refused to refund or cancel reservation. Reservation people said “we are open so this is your problem.” IHG Central reservations couldn’t help because it’s a local property manager.

Centrally Located Fantastic Hotel!
Pros:

Family stay in Bordeaux. The hotel welcomed our young grandkids with slippers, teddy bears, and bathrobes, they were soooo excited! The rooms here are large and classically decorated. The rooftop bar made for a couple of great evenings, and the breakfast options were outstanding. Service was friendly and professional, a big shout out to the concierge team for assisting us with Tuxedo returns post wedding celebration. Highly recommend this hotel in Bordeaux.

Beautiful - great service - amazing rooftop
Pros:

Great location across Opera house and close to shopping. Beautiful rooftop deck and restaurant. Our room did not face the opera house. Our first room was small so get a one bedroom suite. The concierge and service was amazing. Went above and beyond to help retrieve a passport left in another city.

A superb week in the centre of Bordeaux city.
Pros:

Superb location. Beautiful interior. Our junior suite was well appointed, elegant and comfortable. We thought coming from New Zealand, good value as price included breakfast and 3 course dinner.
Very clean and tidy. Bathroom spacious.
Noise level moderate. Service good.

Nice hotel but overload not built for families
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was great but staff could do better as every day something was forgotten with the order. Drinks also took long time.

Cons:

You need to fight for every service. Had lunch one day onsite and three different waiters forgot my side dish and have to ask for salt and pepper always. Ordered kids desert just plain vanilla ice cream and it arrived with crumble.
