Lo tangible, refleja la belleza del hotel como patrimonio cultural

Cons:

La calidad de servicio por parte del personal de alimentos y bebidas, La hora de almuerzo fue a la 1:30 y esperamos 1 hora con 45 minutos para que nos lleguen los platillos, únicamente cuando referí que soy experta en gestión de alimentos y bebidas es cuando aceleraron el proceso. Pero 105 minutos después llegó la comida. Es inaceptable.

¡Una experiencia increíble! Este museo, convento hotel es de los mejor valorados en Antigua Guatemala y realmente lo merece. Su ubicación cerca del parque central es ideal. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, la comida exquisita y todo el lugar está lleno de hermosos detalles del convento en cada rincón. Además, cuenta con varios espacios perfectos para relajarse y compartir. El personal es sumamente amable y atento. ¡Totalmente recomendado
