Increíble y fascinante

El desayuno es excepcional en especial el bufet de los domingos muchas opciones y comida Gourmet muy especial también la disponibilidad de café en algunos espacios fuera del horario de restaurante

Spa inaccessible mais belle chambre et hôtel bien situé.

La taille de la chambre, l'emplacement, le déjeuner buffet.

Cons:

Normalement ça aurait pu être un 10/10. Mais lors de notre visite il y avait une convention dans les jardins de l'hôtel. Des centaines des personnes étaient donc présentes toute la journée et troublaient le calme de l'hôtel (nous avons notamment été réveillés a 7h du mat par des enfants qui criaient devant notre fenêtre).

Le Spa n'est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre, nous avons voulu réserver un soin pendant notre séjour mais tous les créneaux étaient déjà réservés. Nous sommes déçus ne pas avoir pu profiter de la belle piscine qu'on voit sur les photos.

Pour le déjeuner c'est ouvert plusieurs heures le matin, nous avions un planning à respecter donc nous y sommes allé vers 8h30 et on nous a dit que c'était complet. Nous avons du revenir 45 min après et notre programme du jour a été chamboulé.

Lamentablemente me cobraron dos veces y esto bloqueó mi tarjeta de crédito, me metieron en un problema importante porque tuve que hacer una tarjeta de crédito online. Para Noche Buena reserve con mucho tiempo y cuando nos sentamos a cenar el menú ofrecido para esa noche ya no había, tuvimos que cenar a la carta y terminé cenando sushi en Noche Buena, muy mal servicio, pésimo en realidad. El problema no es de los empleados, porque todos han sido maravillosos, en realidad es un hotel que está muy mal dirigido por sus gerentes.
