Everything. Casa Santo Domingo is much more than a hotel — it is an experience in itself. It’s a unique place and the atmosphere of the property is awesome.
The hotel combines the charm and history of an ancient building with contemporary art and modern touches. The result is great: you feel surrounded by history, yet at the same time the hotel feels vibrant, elegant and full of personality. Ruins, gardens, museums, restaurants and a beautiful pool.
The room was nice and big, with beautiful design. The service cleaned every morning and all was left perfect. The service was exceptional throughout my stay. Friendly staff everywhere.
The food was another highlight. I enjoyed several meals at the hotel and were consistently good. They had a mix of meat, fish, salads, pizzas, etc…
Casa Santo Domingo exceeded my expectations. I was expecting a special place, but not this level of architecture, history and design, which made me love my stay there. I would return again tomorrow.

Todo me encantó, pero lo que más resaltó de este Hotel, son sus atenciones y el cuidado de los detalles. Escogí este hotel y Guatemala para celebrar mi cumpleaños. Fue la mejor decisión que pude haber tomado.
No hay algo que me haya gustado, pero sí, me encantaría dejar una recomendación y es indicarle a los huéspedes que el restaurante tiene una alta demanda y que deben reservar ya que muchas veces uno piensa que por ser huésped tiene algún tipo de prioridad pero no es el caso.
