OK in a pinch.
Pros:

The man running the hotel was very nice.

Cons:

The room was cold with no apparent heat option. Very sparsely decorated, but clean. Not my favorite hotel, ok in a pinch.

Pros:

Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile fin dal nostro arrivo. Le camere sono un po’ datate nell’arredamento, ma ben pulite e soprattutto abbiamo trovato l’aria condizionata già accesa, un dettaglio molto gradito considerando il caldo di questi giorni.
La colazione era semplice e non troppo abbondante, ma curata e piacevole.
Punto di forza sicuramente la posizione: ottima e vicinissima al mare, davvero comoda per chi vuole godersi la spiaggia senza dover prendere l’auto.

Pros:

E' la seconda volta che torno in questo albergo con la famiglia.
La posizione, per me, è molto buona in quanto è vicinissima sia al casello autostradale che alla spiaggia libera di Roccalumera, quindi adattissimo a chi, come me, ama spostarsi un po.
L'albergo è datato e avrebbe bisogno di un ammodernamento. Le stanze grandi e dotate di climatizzatore e piccolo frigorifero.
Hanno a disposizione un lido attrezzato in spiaggia.
Il personale molto cordiale,

Cons:

il parcheggio è piccolo e spesso c'è da spostare le auto per uscire.
fino a qualche anno fa c'era abbondanza di parcheggio in strada molto larga subito prima dell'albergo ma il comune di Roccalumera ha deciso di rendere tutto area blu a pagamento!
Secondo me una scelta pessima per il turismo,
Qui non siamo a Taormina, anche se dista solo 20 min.
Questo lo scrivo NON come lamentela all'albergo ma verso il comune stesso.
Credo che anche chi vive qua ne sia infastidito.

Comfortable Hotel close to the beach
Pros:

The owner and the staff were very helpful, professional and kind. Very good breakfast. The room had a lot of space: we were two adults and two kids in a quadruple room, and we still had plenty of space for luggage etc. The temperature of our room was very good at our arrival (21 C). Excellent location: the Hotel is only a few mins walk from the beach, cafés, etc. Recommended!

Cons:

The room could benefit from some refurbishment, but this did not prevent an excellent and comfortable stay.

Family hotel with room for improvement
Pros:

+ size of room
+ clean room
+ fridge and air conditioning worked well
+ free parking lots nearby

- communication in English partially possible with the negative consequences arising from that (miscommunication, no advices, no info about breakfast time etc.)
- at 8.45am hardly anything of breakfast was left (no refilling) opposed to what was promised on booking.com (breakfast until 10.00am)
- beach club costs the regular price although there is a cooperation with the hotel
- there are no balcony furniture
- apparently it is mandatory to leave the key at the reception
- Roccalumera isn't a touristic town

All inclusive at las piramides
Pros:

Read a lot of reviews before we went and was a bit worried about the choice we made but we were pleasently suprised.The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful The bed linen was changed every day The bedroom was big and spacious The decor in the hotel was a little dated but everywhere was kept clean There was a good selection of food at all the sittings .The entertainment was very poor nothing to keep kids amused There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool but you need to be up early to get the good spots. The hotel is very close to all the bars and restaurants and beach Overall we had a very good week and would return to this hotel
