Cons:

I paid for breakfast for each morning and paid for it to be delivered to my room it arrived freezing and no cutlery 2 mornings in a row it’s was terrible we didn’t even bother the third morning

Pros:

Staff were 10 out of 10! Very kind and accommodating. Moved us to a riverview front room without any issues at all.

Cons:

Rooms at the back of the hotel looked out onto other apartments and were very outdated.

Fab few days great location will be back
Pros:

Asked to change from double to twin on arrival had flagged it with reeption earlier it was no problem got lovely room with balcony .extra pillowa beds were comfy and so were pillows. Staff are very nice and helpful especially the Irish barman who would help with anything . People comment on ( maze ) to get to rooms. You are given a map easy to follow at reception and had lift to ground floor to leave you at the front or the back of hotel. Entertainment in bar was fine Cleaning staff did room daily no problems there Well worth a visit value for money. We booked room only

Cons:

Didnt like food in bar lazange was dry and cuy sauce was dreadful but there was lots of chicken in the cury pity about the sauce.
Tables in smoking area could be cleaned more often from glasses and cups.

Location and restaurant perfect

Cons:

Bar service was chronic. We booked a table in the restaurant for 8.15 and intended to have a couple of drinks before but waited until after 8.15 before we were served. More staff required.

Pros:

Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und man kann das Auto 2 Strassen weiter parkieren. Das Frühstück ist frisch und gut. Ich würde wieder dorthin gehen.
