The hotel was clean and convenient
Out dated , soundproofing non existent in the bedrooms , had the shower running for about 5 minutes before hot water came through, breakfast wasn’t very tasty, noisy , doors banging through out the night , loud voices in the hall, someone banging on my room door when passing.
La ubicación era buena, nos pusieron en una habitación con vistas al río y eso fué lo mejor.
El hotel está viejo y se nota que necesita un lavado de cara. Los suelos, al ser de madera, crujían mucho, no pude dormir hasta que el vecino de arriba decidió dormirse también, imposible hasta entonces por el ruido que se escuchaba. El secador no funcionaba. Tiene aparcamiento cercano gratis para huéspedes pero se hace algo complicado llegar. Encontramos pelos en las almohadas.
Great location & the service from reception was excellent, and they were able to handle everything I needed.
A shame the car park they use is the multi-storey up the hill, when there's a car park directly opposite the hotel. It was a wet walk down to the hotel once I'd moved my car and parked up.
The location is good for getting about the town. It's also close to the railway station and buses.
The jacuzzi is good.
The room was comfortable with a newly refurbished bathroom.
The first night I had a leaky roof, no hot water in the morning, a view of a wall and loud church bells outside. I reported this and was given a new room with a view of the river.
Service at breakfast was hit and miss. I was offered toast on 2 out of 4 mornings. Cooked breakfast was reasonable, not hot and had been out for a while.
There was a fire alarm at 8am the first morning, possibly caused by someone showering with the bathroom door open.
Staff were not the most welcoming, rarely smiling or greeting me.
The hotel was mainly clean but the top of my desk and bedside cabinet weren't cleaned each day.

it's close to the bus station and city centre. the breakfast was very tasty
Had a little problem in the car park and called the receptionist who was very kind and helpful. She called me in the afternoon and was pleasant. I was well looked after.
