Nice to employ better staff for food at bar it’s not hard to cook chips and toasted sandwich yet ours were so bad

Nice reasonably-priced hotel to stay in while visiting Waterford.
Pros:

Great location! Parked across the road (for 12 hours) only €6.50. Nice enough room with ensuite - no complaints. Basic room but priced about right. Breakfast was good! I drove the 2 1/2-hour journey home feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Cons:

The lift wouldn't take me down to ground level. Had to keep pressing 0 over a dozen times. I gave up and walked down the stairs instead. Bar was too busy on Saturday night for me to find a seat. I guess every place nearby was busy. Another disappointment was I wasn't able to check out the leisure facilities. Hopefully, next time!

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. I would highly recommend its location.
Pros:

I had a lovely room overlooking the river which I was very grateful for. I thought since I was facing to the front it might be noisy, but it wasn't. It was a very quiet and bright room. Very enjoyable.

Teleurstellend, slechte locatie en slecht sanitair.
Pros:

Van buiten ziet het er goed uit, en het lijkt uit te kijken op water. Vlak bij het centrum te zitten. Personeel is aardig, maar wel onkundig.

Cons:

De bedden zijn klein, het is een heel oude kamer. De douche is in een bad staan met slechte waterdruk. De WC spoelt niet door. Dit was niet in 1 kamer zo maar in alle 5 die we geboekt hadden. Het ruikt niet fris op de kamers. De omgeving is ronduit een Ghetto, louche types en de "view" was een steeg waarin de hele nacht lang gerookt werd (door personeel?) waardoor, als je met de ramen open slaapt, je wakker blijft worden van de lucht.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and very helpful to me, as I am a person with a physical disability.
I was given a room with a bathroom I could manage with.
I needed all the towels lowered down from the towel rack and they made sure they were all lowered.

Cons:

Only draw back was the hand wash bottled soap. It was up a bit too high for me and the bottle was on a holder that locks the bottle there, so that people can't obviously steal the bottled hand wash.
Whilst I understand the reason for that, it just made it a bit more difficult for me to wash my hands. Maybe they could also provide small bars of soap as well?
