Great hotel, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, clean quiet rooms.
Pros:

Beds were super comfortable, everything looked up to date, the pool was clean, and the jacuzzi was well maintained. The breakfast was abundant with fresh fruit, and many hot/cold choices. The parking was safe and secure. We liked the hot coffee, apples and iced water at the front desk. Go to Lucy's on the Lake for a nice lunch or dinner.

it was all above average.

This hotel was the perfect spot for a short get away trip, it had everything we need it to be.
Pros:

My friend and I were going to the Fredrick Meijer Gardens and this hotel was the closet to it. The hotel room was nicely decorated and well stocked with everything you needed. The breakfast food was great. The location was super. Everything we needed was provided.

Pros:

Checking in was a breeze, the same can be said about the check-out process. Parking feels nice and private in the back. The room is very comfortable and the bed is something you just dissapear in after a long day!

Cons:

The only minor downsode is the AC in the room, its is a bit noisy when it starts. But something you can easily tune out.

Highly recommend and if I am out that way again they are my first choice.
Pros:

My wife and I stayed here for our 30th anniversary. We arrived early and were greeted with a smile. The gentleman who helped us was professional and tried to allow us to check in early. When we were able to get in to our room we were very happy with the size the cleanliness and the look over all. After doing some sight seeing and shopping we resided to the room for showers changed and went to dinner. The next morning the breakfast was phenomenal and we were very pleased with our stay.

Cons:

The only thing I would change is the bathtub to a walk in shower. Other than that everything was great.

Pros:

From the moment you arrive at this well kept property, you feel as if you are coming home. Always greeted with a smile, the helpful staff make you feel right at ease and relaxed for a comfortable stay. Emily and Ashley make checking into your well appointed room a breeze and see that your every need is met ,including recommendations for local eateries and attractions. The breakfast buffet is fabulous, and Megan the hostess, greets everyone with friendly conversation and a big smile to brighten your day. She makes sure everything is in good order and is always available to lend a hand filling a plate or make a waffle. Staying at this Country Inn and Suites makes you feel right at home with staff serving you with a family feel of hospitality and a true interest in your well being that you truly enjoy and that makes you want to return often when staying in Grand Rapids

When the satellite in our room didn’t work they easily moved us to another similar room. Great service!
