Almost perfect.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Facilities were attractive and clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Three issues: 1.) could not access pool due to 50+ high schoolers all in pool at same time and 2.) unable to use corner lamp as no outlet available to plug in and 3.) plug not working at bedside for phone recharging.

Pros:

The location and breakfast option

Cons:

Have staff better trained on varied of local restaurant options. Staff tried to “sell” us on Gravity (beer pub) next door. Not appropriate option for my 86 year old father. Plus we can get beer and pub fare anywhere. Did own research and had a delicious meal close to hotel at Ginza Sushi & Ramen Bar.

This hotel was one of our favorites!
Pros:

We stayed here for a basketball tournament and the hotel was EXCELLENT! The customer service was A+. The rooms and facilities were very clean. During our stay anything we needed the staff adequately provided. The morning of checkout the front desk clerk was so personable and we had a great conversation. We will be visiting again.

I loved how clean our room and the hotel in general is. The staff are very nice. The beds and sheets are very comfortable and everything in our room was stocked including towels toilet paper etc. the location is close to my work training location. I loved the tea selection too with available at all times! My husband liked that he could hook up his PlayStation. The fitness center is also clean. Next time we come I'd like to use the pool.

Apparently people's kids/teens were loud and out of control late at night which my husband heard but thankfully I was so tired of working training that I slept through it. Perhaps the staff should have a policy/consequences for guests who are loud and disturbing those trying to sleep at nighttime.
Also the breakfast smelled really good but unfortunately I couldn't eat much if it. The selection wasn't inclusive to those with food allergies/special diets. I have a gluten allergy and aside from eggs and fruit I couldn't eat anything else. So I had to find breakfast elsewhere. Please consider offering gluten free options like waffles for those with food allergies and special diets and have a safe protocol to avoid cross contamination. People like me would REALLY appreciate it so much and would set this hotel apart from others.
Other than the noise at night and not being able to eat the breakfast at the hotel which was a bummer everything else was good.

Highly recommend this hotel for location, cleanliness and kind staff

Cons:

There was drain flies all over in the pool area because it wasn’t was the cleanest. And the breakfast ends kind of early. I wasn’t able to even have any breakfast during our stay.
