It was ok but I thought the price was too much for the suite.
Pros:

The breakfast could have been better. Did not like choice of eggs and we didn't have any bacon. The mixed fruit did not have much variety. I just thought there could have been more variety.

Cons:

The mattress on the hide a bed couch was terrible. We needed more towels and the staff did get us more each day. Also 4 of us stayed in a room but only 2 places to hang a wet towel.

This is the 4th visit & I will continue to stay
Pros:

Later Checkout, close to Meijer Gardens, great restaurant across the parking lot, clean & safe

Cons:

The hot tub at the pool looked more like a childs bubble bath! Small children playing in it w/ their parents!!! It needed some major TLC

Room keys both had to be reprogrammed each at different times. Inconvenience of each having to go downstairs.
Direct TV lost its signal although there was no storm. Staff had to reboot it.

Pros:

I asked for lotion as it had run out and the front desk brought it up to my room right away. Also, I thought the breakfast had really good selections and variety.

Our stay was perfect, staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub!

Breakfast was centrally located and had many choices, both hot and cold. It was clean and well maintained. Choices of coffee and tea were available. There were sufficient tables and chairs for guests.
