Very good location
Very uncomfortable bed
Overall this was a good stay. Stayed 2 nights in a King room. The bed was a little on the firm side, but comfortable, and the pillows were adequate. I stayed midweek, so it was not very busy and seemed pretty quiet, but my second morning I did wake up to some loud voices so I'm not sure how it would be if the hotel was full.
The room was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I really didn't like was the pathetic water pressure in the shower. The worst I've ever experienced. Don't know if the whole hotel was like that, or if it was because I was on the top (5th) floor.
The included breakfast buffet was pretty good. While the bacon was the scrawniest I've ever seen, the orange juice was probably the best I've had at a hotel in a long while.
Friendly staff and great perks included
It was nice place to stay. Staff was really nice to us.
The pool and hot tub were amazing! The beds were comfortable and the room was super clean!
There were no mats in front of the elevators except on the first floor. My husband slipped and fell getting off the elevator on the 3rd floor.
Was warm and clean!
Shower was outdated.
The bed was very uncomfortable
Breakfast, and jacuzzi, pretty quiet rooms as well.
The jacuzzi bubbles were dirty every time I turned on jets.
Everyone was extremely nice. The room and hotel was clean. It was quite and relaxing.
