Pros:

The pool and hot tub were amazing! The beds were comfortable and the room was super clean!

Cons:

There were no mats in front of the elevators except on the first floor. My husband slipped and fell getting off the elevator on the 3rd floor.

If I have something going on in that area again, I will certainly stay here.
Pros:

The location was right down the road from the activity that I was participating in, plus the restaurants and entertainment were in the area as well. The breakfast selection was far more than I expected, and if wasn't for the fact that I was running in the morning, I would have enjoyed far more of the breakfast

Cons:

There is nothing that I did not like. The room and breakfast were great

Perfect home base for a week back in my old hometown.
Pros:

I stayed a week and loved it. Breakfast was great. Real oatmeal. A different hot meal choice every day. Much better than most "breakfast included" hotels. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The fitness room and laundry were both great. The location was perfect for me: great access to everyone I wanted to visit during my stay and easy access to both downtown and the countryside plus all the convenience of the Beltline businesses. The room was incredibly quiet. Everything was just perfect.

I can't really think of anything.

A great place to rest after our night in Grand Rapids.
Pros:

My family had fun swimming in the pool and liked the little game room. Breakfast was good and had a variety of items to choose from. There was a large area to sit with TV’s and my husband was able to watch the playoff baseball game while we went to sleep.

Cons:

The queen bed in our king/queen suite was pretty uncomfortable and creaky when moving or changing positions.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and great staff!
Pros:

Very clean and great staff. The location is perfect being right off the highway, easy to find. We didn't have breakfast but the selection was wonderful.

Cons:

Honestly, the only thing I noticed was that the phone in the room didn't work but I didn't mind that. I have a cellphone and was able to reach the front desk using that.
