I would definitely stay here again whenever I was in Grand Rapids.
Pros:

We missed breakfast, so can't comment on it. The location was great, as we were primarily in town to go to meijer gardens. The room was very well laid out. I enjoyed the ability to be awake and on the computer with the door closed and not disturbing my friend sleeping. The room was very clean, I was impressed. I also appreciated the extra electric plugs on the bedside table.

I like everything about this place! The staff is always amazing! Their breakfast is awesome especially the waffles! Our family don't stay no where else when we are down there in gr!

Pros:

Great location for Meijer gardens, very clean, very pleasant, helpful staff. Good breakfast included! Cookies and coffee in lobby, how can you not love that? Will definitely stay again!!

Pros:

Hospitality from the front desk was superb. Stephanie was AMAZING. She was very friendly, answered all the questions I had. She made us feel very welcomed.
Property was very clean, the breakfast that was offered had variety.
Lower level of the hotel, when the elevator doors opened a display honoring our service men were seen. It was AWESOME!!!
I give this 10 stars!!!!!

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

We stayed only one night but the hotel was more than we expected. It’s very clean, must have been updated recently, quiet, the usual continental breakfast , the kitchen and seating area very clean, plenty of seating and lots of natural light.

Cons:

We have to wait to check in about 10 minutes, the front desk person was not present.

Wonderful experience- breakfast was very good the pool was excellent.
Pros:

Immediately recognized a clean facility and professional staff the minute we walked in. Most hotels have staff that are poorly dressed and have very cavalier attitudes. This facility was immaculate, and the Manager was super helpful and friendly -always checking to see what we may need. I would definetely stay at a Country Inn and Suites again.

Cons:

Not sure how you could fix this as I am a side sleeper and the mattress was too hard for me and my hip's gave out during the night-wife and friends had no issue-so proabably not a big deal- I could just sleep in the Chair next time as I have arthritis. The Jacuzzi needs to have the sides cleaned as some sort of black soot or tar was seeking onto the top of the water in the jacuzzi- a little bit nasty looking-probably just some neeeded maintenance.
