The hotel was nice and clean

Cons:

When I checked in I told the front desk lady that my sister was on her way and would there be a problem for her to check in and she said no, That she would add her to the room, and give her a key when she arrived. A hour later I get a call from the front desk lady asking me to come to the desk to swipe my card again and I was in another city at the time in the middle of dinner and said I couldn't come at this time and she said as long as I could come before 10pm because that was when her shift ended. I said I could give it to her over the phone she said she couldn't do that it had to be swiped. Next I get a call from my sister stating that she couldn't check-in and the lady said that I would have to come to property in order to check her in. I had to end my engagement and travel 40 minutes back to hotel to swipe my card and get 2 new sets of cards to get into my room. A totally ruined evening and experience.

Hotel decente.
Pros:

Hotel tranquilo, habitación espaciosa, wifi de buena calidad.

Cons:

Algunos de los empleados del hotel no eran muy agradables de trato. El desayuno incluido es muy pobre y poco variado, además el personal que atiende en la barra durante el desayuno no te explica nada, parece que les molesta contarte las opciones.

The stay the location and the room was good, however, there was little no customer service.
Pros:

I like the size of the room and the cleanliness of the room doing our first day of our stay.

Cons:

No housekeeper came to clean our room, even though we requested it. We also had to request towels and condiments. No one came in and cleaned the trash cans.
