Stay with my mom
Pros:

Lovely receptionist Bibi did check in earlier for us so we didn’t have to wait. Room is absolutely amazing with a great view on the street- perfect for instagram posts. Pool terrace is very nice. Simply said everything is perfect.

Bedhekje stapelbed was stuk en er stond een los bedhekje dat eigenlijk te groot was. Ook de trap was onhandig om naar beneden te klimmen.

Great visit in Barcelona

We loved the stay and location was amazing and the dutch trainees were the most amazing staff!!

We were amazed with the Dutch trainees. They were absolutely amazing with us. Room was big and clean.

Cons:

We felt staff was a bit disorganized at breakfast. Although restaurant was always very empty. However, very friendly.

Fantastic service and location – highly recommended!
Pros:

The receptionists Miguel and Celia were very attentive and kind from the very first moment, even speaking Portuguese. Breakfast was excellent (though it could improve its gluten-free options). The location was excellent (near Gran Via and Passeig de Gràcia), with easy access to the main attractions (and public transportation), and both the bed and bathroom were great.

Loved my stay at ICON BCN! Great staff and location.

Fabulous stay at ICON BCN. Fantastic location, clean spacious rooms, great breakfast, pool, and wonderful staff. Everyone was lovely and welcoming! Chaima greeted me with a smile at breakfast each morning . Alma and Anna were very kind, gave me many travel tips, and lots of ice in my evening wine. Miguel and all the front desk staff were happy to help in any way. I would definitely recommend staying at this boutique hotel.
