Resepsiyondaki beyefendi çok yardımcı oldu. Odalar temiz ve güzeldi. Kahvaltıda Chaima Hanım çok yardımcı oldu. Barselonaya tekrar gelirsek yine burayı tercih edeceğiz.

The food served by the pool varied by day would be good to have food available from 1 everyday.

The hotel is in a great location and you can walk to the most famous buildings and attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is varied. The staff is friendly and smiling, always ready to help. I would especially like to praise Amine from the reception who helped us solve problems on several occasions, very cordial and efficient.

Very good location, clean, great bedroom and bathroom, nice pool bar, very good breakfast, the support staff (including kitchen) was very good and helpful.
The front desk staff was not very knowledgeable and friendly, they seemed new at the hotel.
The location was good, breakfast had more variety and everything was clean and tidy
The personnel was a bit serious and not smiling.
