Courtyard Cincinnati North at Union Centre

The shower walls had mildew all over that could easily be wiped with a washcloth, but obviously was not. The shower floors looked like they had not been scrubbed in quite some time. Housekeeping came in at some point, removed trash, used towels and left new towels, but did not touch the bed

Older hotel that it is showing its age, however its clean, well lit with huge TV, lots of TV channels, walk in shower and comfortable bed. Wifi was fast, able to plug a streaming stick and relax on the couch after a full day of work. The heater is a bit on the noisy side so just decided to turn it off. Plenty of power outlets for your gadgets next to the bed. Plenty of parking at all times. The cafe is nice to have but I only got the oatmeal. Im used to serving myself so I do miss that instead of going in, ordering and getting your meal. Not bad for a work stay

I travel quite often to the Cincinnati area and this has always been my hotel of choice. Wendy and her entire team always makes you feel welcome and goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need.

The stay was generally fine, but there was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the room that made the experience less comfortable. If the hotel could improve the room freshness and ventilation, the overall stay would be much better.

I frequently travel on business and always enjoy coming this hotel - Courtyard Marriott North. Raquel is extremely pleasant and professional at the front desk (if you ever get a chance to overhear her amazing singing you won’t be disappointed). Wendy the manager also has a great sense of humor and will make you feel right at home. Clean, quiet, professional and well run hotel. Lots of hotel choices around but you won’t find me at any place other than this when I come to town. Keep up the great work Marriott! You would do well to promote people like Raquel and Wendy to show other Marriott locations how to make a hotel experience as great as it should be. A+++

When I entered the Marriott Courtyard in West Chester Ohio, I was greeted by friendly staff. I was with a group of 8. I checked in last and wouldn't you know it... there was a problem with my reservation. The 7 others were all checked in. Wendy from Wales (as we came to know her) took care of it. I called the number my company gave me for a contact, and Wendy did the rest. This has happened before, but never in my 37 years of traveling with my company, has anyone "taken care of it". She issued my room key and sent me on my way assuring me the issue was resolved. I am still in awe of Wendy from Wales and her dedication and professionalism. The entire staff was helpful and welcoming throughout my entire stay.

Centrally located to downtown Cincinnati. Very courteous and professional staff, clean room, and nice property.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Marriott Courtyard Hotel! I stayed in a one-bedroom suite that was quiet, spotless, and had a super comfortable king bed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I loved how close the hotel was to shopping and restaurants. The courtyard area was beautiful and such a nice spot to relax.

I have traveled to the area more than 100 times in the last 10 years and the Courtyard Marriott Cincinnati North in Union Center is my hotel of choice. The accommodations and cleanliness are top-notch. And the staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. They remember what I like to have for breakfast even if a month or two passes before I visit! Raquel is who I know best and she (in a word) is fantastic!

Clean and comfortable. Always friendly staff. Great location for work or travel. Plenty of restaurants close by. I have stayed at others in the area but this has the friendliest staff
