Pros:

There were issues with the first room but the manager took care of everything and changed me to a different room. Overall nice little place.

The TV did not work. He came in and fixed it, but the volume still did not work and I had to unplug it to shut it off. Very limited breakfast not much to choose from the room itself was nice and they were friendly and helpful.

Good for the price.
Pros:

Nice room, very clean, carpets were just shampooed, still a bit damp though. Nice big TV!! The breakfast so so. My only complaint is leaving the room for breakfast, then having to get my room key reset so i could return to get my stuff..

Staff was nice but would not allow a 1 hour late check out unless I payed another $60. The halls, staircase, room floors were dirty. The shower had horrible hard water stains and not very clean. The bathroom has black mold and whole room smelled musty. Staircase and halls smelled horrible.

Staff was friendly. Neat but not clean. Our room had cobwebs, spiders and bugs. Room was very humid inside despite having ac. The floor and be felt damp. Might have new owners still in process of improving, unsure.

Check in was a breeze. Clerk was very nice. Property is clean and well maintained. It appears that they are swapping out the televisions for larger ones. Our room was very clean. Breakfast was a little short but we got by.. The surrounding area is a little run down, but you can’t fault the hotel for that. We would definitely stay there again.
