Won’t stay here again. The place needs to be burned down

Cons:

There was food in the food out bed. The shower curtain had mold. The wall around the window in the hallway looked as if it was falling apart. The plug in inside the bathroom was black. The roof leaked in the bathroom. The whole place is a safety concern

Pros:

Location was nice. Being near Walmart was great. The windows were massive and the hot water lasted forever. Nice to have a laundromat on the property.

Cons:

The breakfast was nasty. The pool wasn’t very clean,neither were the hotel rooms. The fridge was tiny. It was super humid throughout the entire hotel room. Staff was moody. The keycards had to be replaced daily.

We were pleased and thankful to stay at a convenient location!
Pros:

The breakfast was yummy and adequately filled us for the day of driving. The lady who prepared and set out the food was very sweet and did a great job! Also, the lady who checked us in was kind and helpful.

Cons:

The room was clean but the clean smell was pretty overwhelming.

Out of 5 hotels in our trip, this was easily the worst.
Pros:

The linens were clean.
The bed was comfortable.
The HVAC worked.

Cons:

The facility was extremely old and not updated and definitely not clean.
The breakfast foods were not good.

Great Stay at Comfort Suites Shreveport west I-20
Pros:

Parking was very safe cameras and well lighted. Room was clean and they made up the room daily trash pick up, fresh towels, and made up bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot different meats, eggs, potatoes, sausage gravy every day (4).Breakfast bar was clean and it was kept stocked. Coffee was good. Waffle machine was in working order. Easy to get on and off interstate and plenty of restaurants near by.Would stay here again.Highly recommend.
