Really quite rooms, clean, simple, “correcto”

Cons:

We had a few small issues with the coffee machine, electric tea kettle, and the AC but the staff immediately fixed the issues.

Ubicación estupenda y el hotel muy bien. Lo recomiendo. Si volvemos a Barcelona, nos alojaremos aquí.

Cons:

Solo un perro, hacía calor en la habitación a pesar de que apagamos la calefacción y entoces el edredón era demasiado caliente. Eso lo único que nos incomodó un poco

Zentrale Lage mit vielen Cafes

Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Mir wurde der Betrag für das Zimmer doppelt abgebucht. Trotz mehrfacher Hinweise und Kontaktaufnahme wurde mir das zu viel gezahlte Geld bis heute nicht zurücküberwiesen.

Das Personal war zwar oberflächlich freundlich, jedoch überhaupt nicht bemüht, das Problem ernsthaft zu klären. Es wirkte eher so, als würde mein Anliegen einfach abgefertigt werden. Statt echter Unterstützung oder Transparenz hatte ich das Gefühl, dass man sich für mein Problem nicht wirklich interessiert.

Fehler können passieren – aber der Umgang damit zeigt, wie professionell ein Hotel wirklich ist. In meinem Fall fehlte es leider an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kundenorientierung. Sehr schade.
