Terrible, horrible and very distasteful.
Pros:

I was not informed upon check in that my room would not be serviced daily. I checked in on July 2 and was NEVER serviced after that ! This is totally unacceptable. I requested service and called the front desk to be told they would return my call, that never happened as well. There was a storm the evening of July 4 and all power was lost. I could not spend night in dark, over 100 degree room so I left without any assistance from the front staff who were sitting in the lobby. I will never refer anyone to the hotel and plan on pursuing further action . I do not plan on paying the full price for a most terrible experience.

Cons:

Hire trained friendly staff, service rooms or at least leave clean towels and supply staff with flash lights to assist guests in case of a power failure. Purchase a generator and service elevators , they were noisy and there was no air conditioning in them or in the hallways approaching them Overall I would suggest who ever manages this property review their priorities and offer the public what they are paying for. I was traveling alone and at 79 years old I would have expected a much better experience. I intend to tell everyone I can about the overall terrible stay at the property and will follow up on social media.

The room was comfortable and clean. The rest of the staff we met were friendly.
Cons:

We had 5 people but the room only had 2 wash cloths and 3 towels for two nights stay. We asked for more from the staff on the floor but she seemed put out and said we'd have to go to the lobby to ask for more. We later heard her in the hall, complaining about people not counting what was in the room and there was enough there for us already.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly, and I was checked in early. The room was clean and lots of towels. The breakfast was good.

Pros:

Convenient location

Cons:

No daily room attendant, no clean towels.
Added $64.56 to my charge card after I checked out and was home. When I checked with the
manager she told me the rates changed. The three days I stayed there were paid in full when I reserved the room.

Overall very pleasant
Pros:

All check in staff were great and so was our check out Lady Miss Tina who was very helpful. We would stay again.

Cons:

I didn't like the constant fluctuations of the prices or overall cost of the two night stay. Especially for this time of year.
