A pleasant stay in a convenient location, perfect for a short family trip to Eastbourne.
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location, close to Eastbourne Beach and the town centre. The room was comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay with my family.

Cons:

It would have been better if the hotel had a lift, especially for guests with a baby and a pram. Overall, the stay was good.

Pros:

Nice location with very friendly staff. Beach is right across the street and plenty within walking distance.

Cons:

Construction in the middle of the night was very loud, but only more and updated windows would help.

Think twice about staying
Pros:

Walking distance to everything, across the road from the ocean

Cons:

Room needs to be upgraded, no shower gel, no hand wash, no where to hang towels. Some staff were rude. Paid parking was a rip off, unless you are leaving the car there all day, if you our exploring dont take it. We didn't get house cleaning. I dont know that when you took through bookings the hotel just give you the worst room. Did take this up with the managers they did give a small refund, however if you are staying somewhere and pay good money then you should get a good room, rooms that are in poor condition should not be allocated. We are travelling around UK from Australia hope this is not a common thing. Pictures are not what you get. Think twice about staying here.

Our stay was very good the hotel room was a little tired
Pros:

The room was a good size and the view from the room was really good. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant

Cons:

No lift, parking permits had run out on our second day.

Comfortable stay in this 3* hotel
Pros:

The room and bathroom were both clean and the beds were well made.
We liked the range of choice for breakfast.

Cons:

There were no bed side lights so we had to use the main light.
There were roller paint stains on the bathroom door
Although there was an area where we had breakfast, they did not serve any evening meals. This area could easily be use as a dining area for evening dinner

Przeciętny ale polecam na krótki pobyt

Super lokalizacja, nad samym morzem, blisko centrum. W pokoju czajnik herbata, kawa i mleko w saszetkach, wygodne łóżka. Mimo przeciętnego standardu na 3 noce pobyt był świetny.

Cons:

Pokoje nie są aż tak luksusowe jak na zdjęciach, łazienka bardzo przeciętna, bardzo długo grzała się woda zanim poleciała ciepła pod prysznicem. Brak kontaktu w łazience na suszarkę, w pokoju gniazdko do kontatu jest dostępne tylko w jednym miejscu co jest bardzo niepraktyczne

You get what you pay for
Pros:

Great location to everywhere i wanted to go, bed was comfortable and it was a good price for the night.

Cons:

Lift wasn't working, not much of an option with the breakfast offered.
Had a fire alarm go off in the early hours of the morning which went on for a while, im glad the fire alarms work and it would have been a little better if there was actually a good reason for it

Disappointing Stay
Pros:

Location was good . Check in was quick .

Cons:

This is a very tired and dated hotel it could do with a major refurbishment it is dated and not clean in need of lot of repairs and maintenance . I couldn’t have my original room I booked because the lift isn’t working there was no notification to tell me this. I am disabled so not able to make the stairs. The hotel quickly offered me another room which was disabled friendly however it only had two single beds and I was there with two children they had to share a single . The room was very tired stained carped , leaky ceilings and wet room floor was gross . The shower head was held up with sellotape, rusty grab rails . I did bring up shower floor the lady behind said it had been cleaned it’s just stains . It was dirty needed a deep clean

Location great for where I needed to be only a short walk to theatre and beach

Grubby, no lift, windows so dirty, wardrobe a joke, shower did not work
