Agréable séjour à Concón
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel face à l'océan Pacifique avec vue sur les pélicans, les mouettes et les cormorans. Bon accueil avec un personnel très sympathique. Grande chambre avec vue océan (chambre 408) avec une literie très confortable et un grand lit. Belle salle de bain. La machine à capsules de café ainsi que les petites bouteilles d'eau à disposition dans la chambre. Le rooftop avec les chaises longues,la petite piscine à eau chaude, la piscine à eau froide. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et très bon. Le parking privé gratuit est un plus

Cons:

La wifi n'est pas toujours très bonne surtout sur le rooftop.
Malheureusement nous avons subi un vol dans le coffre de notre voiture sur le parking de l'hôtel. Les caméras de vidéosurveillance ont pu fournir la plaque immatriculation du voleur ainsi que la vidéo.

Buen hotel pero esperaba mas.
Pros:

La ubicacion y el restorant es lo mas rescatable del hotel. Además de la infraestructura es muy linda. El SPA muy distinto al o normal.

Cons:

La habitación deja mucho que desear, desde la limpieza, hasta la forma que tenia, era extraña, con un mueble atrás de la cama que hacia que uno se golpeara sin poder apoyarse. Y la terraza realmente sucia con reposeras rotas. Mal para un Hotel que parece de 5 estrellas.

Vacaciones arruinadas por voluntad del hotel!!!

570k pesos chilenos por Booking, al llegar exigieron 2.4 veces más inventando fallas en la tarjeta.Argumentan que proporcioné tarjeta de debito , cuando mi tarjeta solo puede operar como crédito. Vacaciones arruinadas! Frente a eso no puedo decir que algo me gustará, la vista del lobby al océano es hermosa, pero no pude disfrutar nada de eso.

Cons:

Que me dejaron en la calle junto a mi esposa, sin permitirme realizar el check in, a menos que pagara un 240% de la tarifa inicialmente pactada. Arruinaron nuestras vacaciones, Sin posibilidad de quedarnos tuvimos que devolvernos a nuestra casa, a 2 horas de distancia.

Muy feliz con mi esposa, y agradecido de la atención como siempre.
Pros:

Desayuno excelente, una gran variedad de opciones para servirse, y muy buena atención de parte del personal, nada que decir de las instalaciones que son muy cómodas y todo limpio una estrellita indudablemente.

Cons:

En realidad como fue una escapada, no pude notar si algo no me gustará, pero si me di cuenta de la gran organización con el tema de los autos ningún problema también una estrellita.

La disposición de la cama. Puede ser un gusto personal , pero no me gusta que no este apoyada en alguna pared.
Otro detalle es que podría haber un espejo de aumento en el baño para maquillarse
