Piscina temperada pero fría.
En el SPA nos dijeron primero un valor por un servicio luego nos cobraron el doble, nose si fue error pero ya habíamos pagado la mitad del total para reservar.

Lo sucio. Lo poco mantenido. Se ve signos de deterioro de las cosas. La piscina tenía los espacios sucios con papeles, el piso cochino.

La piscina no estaba funcionando y se informó cuando ya había hecho la reserva.
El hotel en general cumple con lo ofrecido, el restaurante es buena opción para almuerzo y cena.
Creo que la habitación podría ser mejor ambientada, era grande pero con muchos espacios inutilizados, además visitamos el hotel cuando recién habían habilitado la piscina después de un mantenimiento, por lo que durante nuestra estadía, no alcanzó la temperatura adecuada para ser una piscina temperada, desayuno justo, nada muy especial.
Absolutely everything! The hotel is perfect for a romantic getaway or a relaxing weekend, with an amazing view of the coast, a spa, and wonderful food. The saltwater pool and the rooftop hot tub terrace were amazing. We had a very nice evening at the bar, listening to great live music (the Chilean Cowboy was awesome!), excellent breakfast, and amazing staff. It was a perfect weekend!
Nothing at all. Everything was perfect. The parking lot could be a bit larger, but they promptly offered complimentary valet service when it was full, so no problem at all.
