La llegada , la chica de recepción cero calidad, poco grata…..casi malgenia. Lamentable para un hotel bien ubicado ,bonito .
Cenamos el día que llegamos. La atención de los meseros muy deficiente, carta muy limitada. Sugiero le enseñen a los meseros como atender , como servir. Mala preparación de los alimentos, siendo que Chile tiene aguas heladas para maravillos productos del mar.

Que haya un solo turno disponible para el jacuzzi de la terraza y estaba vacío la mayor cantidad del tiempo
aoy celiaca y en los desayunos siempre una persona atenta a tener pan y galletas sin gluten.
Adicionalmente el desayuno con una amplia oferta de productos que no tienen gluten, además que incluso hay salmón (me sentí como en Japón)

Que la habitación contará con una tina privada con vista directa al mar
Pésimo estacionamiento, el auto quedaba afuera o en el subterráneo muy apretado y con poca disponibilidad de espacios, muchas moscas en el lugar y olor a desagüe en algunos lugares, el baño no tenía extractor, tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación porque la ducha lluvia no funcionaba. El restaurante no tenía aire acondicionado y hacía mucho calor, la atención era muy lenta a pesar de haber únicamente 3 mesas con huéspedes al mismo tiempo, tuvimos experiencias mixtas con la comida, en mariscos estuvo bien pero en cuanto a carnes, tuvimos que devolver dos veces por mala cocción o exceso de sal, y a otros huéspedes les pasó lo mismo, así que no fue un caso aislado. El desayuno con poca variedad.

El hotel está sobre el mar y eso no tiene precio. Se vió una puesta de sol maravillosa desde el bar.

The view is amazing.
Our first night we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and one hour later I became very ill (stomach). I was sick all night, and the next day was too weak to do anything. The most I could do was go to the rooftop terrace in the afternoon to have a cup of tea. The view is beautiful, but feeling sick made it hard to really enjoy.
