Відпочиваю в цьому готелі не вперше. Розташування, сніданки, чистота номера — питань нема.
Питання є до наступного:
Спілкування персоналу з гостем. Стосується водія/охоронця, який був за кермом гольф-кара і відверто грубо спілкувався зі мною по телефону.
Робота спа-зони. Чомусь бані починають працювати о 4 вечора, хоча в минулому році вранці ми ходили в баню.
Сніданок неймовірно смачний. Персонал турботливий. Розташування топ. Безкоштовні трансфери до пляжу. 20% знижка на пляжні послуги. Зона СПА - перевершила очікування.
Все окей, не було критичних зауважень.
Удобное размещение, красивый чистый отель , новый ремонт , приятный запах в комнате, хорошее и удобное постельное, хорошие завтраки.
Немного маловата комната ( мы брали та кот 18.5 м) но нам было норм

Ми були із собачкою , доплата за тварин 1100 грн на добу , при цьому обіцяють додаткове прибирання, мисочки, лежанки. В результаті нічого з цього не було , все треба просити.
