Ми закохались в цей готель. Обовʼязково повернмнсь знову.

Просто висококласний готель, в який хочеться повернутися! Сервіс - на висоті. Приємний, ввічливий, уважний персонал на рецепції, який завжди готовий допомогти. Чистота і приємний аромат повсюди. Зручні номери, з мега-зручними ліжками, з якісною постільною білизною. Скрізь відчувається любов до деталей і гарна якість матеріалів, від мильних засобів до разових капців. Приємно вразила наявність халату навіть для немовляти, а також красива дитяча постіль з ліжечком. Спа - то окрема любов. Прекрасні банні кімнати, теплий і чистий дитячий басейн, дуже гарне й і великий основний басейн і зона відпочинку, мінімум людей, комфорт і тиша навколо. Дуже смачні, різноманітні сніданки і для дорослих і для дітей, як і здорова їжа так і великий вибір солодощів та фруктів. Трансфер до моря - привітні хлопці, мега зручно і комфортно. Від готелю лише приємні враження та щирі рекомендації.

Cons:

Єдиний незначний мінус, який мабуть залежить від персоналу спа зони - можна було б частіше слідкувати за зоною біля басейну і прибирати воду, бо досить довгий час стоїть вода, що призводить до падіння на слизькій підлозі тих хто приходить, були там три години поспіль, так ніхто й не зайшов прибрати воду, а також чистота самої джакузі - темний кант чи від старості чи від води, незрозуміло.
Офіціанти в кафе на сніданках, могли б бути трішки привітнішими, але спишемо це на непрості часи, в яких ми всі живемо…

Сподобалася локація, якість номеру і готелю в цілому на тверду 4 по 5 бальній шкалі. Всі працівники привітні, раді допомогти і тд. Але… окрім ресторану.

Cons:

Сніданки це катастрофа. Катастрофа тому що з тим самим набором продуктів, з якого інші готелі на сніданок творять чудеса, тут процвітає совдепія і несмак. Дуже убогі і несмачні сніданки. Несмачні настільки, що половину днів ми просто йшли в сусідні ресторани. Це треба негайно виправляти.
