Great apartment in CBD
Pros:

The apartment was large, clean and well equiped. It was in a perfect location right in the cbd. The reception staff were excellent especially Simar who was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. We would definitely stay here again.

Ok and centrally located apartments
Pros:

These apartments are very central in Adelaide city. Close to Rundle mall and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was spacious and adequate. However it is a bit dated and things don’t all seem to work. For example we only had one set of keys (that’s right, not cards). Overall it was ok but don’t have high expectations.

Comfortable and convenient stay in a great location
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable, and the bed was great. The balcony area was small, but perfect for the two of us, and we loved being able to sit and watch the hustle and bustle along Hindley Street. The location was excellent walking distance from Rundle Mall, Adelaide Central Markets, and plenty of other food and shopping destinations nearby.

The shower was excellent, with plenty of water pressure and proper hot water, which we really appreciated. The interior is not super modern, but everything was neat, tidy and well kept.

Cons:

The TV setup was a little outdated, with no smart TV or streaming options. I understand updating every room would be a big expense, but this did feel a bit behind what guests would generally expect now. There was HDMI access though, so we were able to use our own media device.

As expected for the location, Friday night was noisy due to the nightlife, including someone busking outside with a very loud speaker. That said, the apartment blocked out a surprisingly decent amount of noise once the balcony windows and internal sliding door were shut.

Disappointed - third bedroom was hot as no fan and balcony was small and overlooked cement walls.
Pros:

Apartment was clean and well equipped. Great location in the centre of the city.

Cons:

A fan is needed in the third bedroom, we could not have the window open due to noise from the car park next door. We were hot!

We booking a 3 bed apartment with a balcony. The balcony was so small only 2 people could sit on it at any time and there were 6 of us. The view when standing was over a car park and cement buildings/walls. When sitting there was no view at all, the balcony walls was made of solid cement. Very disappointing, especially as we paid extra for an apartment with a balcony - a balcony that was unusable.

Unauthorised charges and misleading billing
Pros:

My experience took a concerning turn after checkout. Millers Apartments charged my credit card $50 for a late checkout fee (30 minutes extra) and $30 for parking — neither of which were disclosed in any booking correspondence, confirmation emails, or at checkout.

No invoice was provided at the time of charging. When I called to question the unauthorised charges, they claimed they'd attempted to contact my mobile and room — neither of which happened. There is no record of any calls or messages on my phone.

The apartment itself was nice and staff were initially friendly, but this bait-and-switch billing practice is unacceptable. Guests deserve transparent pricing upfront, not surprise charges totalling $80 applied days later without consent or proper documentation.

I would not recommend this property until they change their billing practices.

Location - you can walk everywhere in the city
Pros:

We stayed 6 nights. Location is 1 minute walk from start of Rundle Mall, and also Rundle Mall tram stop. There is plenty of food options within 50m radius of hotel e.g. Chinese across the road, Indian food 2 doors away. I like the security system in place - I left hotel to walk to Central Bus Station at 6.10am and the reception was manned. I returned at 10.30pm from Kangaroo Island and entered hotel using a fob. Again, the reception had a staff too. The place is clean, bed is soft. Our unit does not face Hindley Road so it's quiet throughout the day & night. There are sufficient cutlery, pots and pans, salt and pepper to cook & eat simple meals. Refrigerator is large. Kashish at the reception checked us in & out efficiently and professionally. The other staff at the counter, housekeeping were also polite. I like that housekeeping finishes its job by 1.30pm, so I could rest in the afternoon. We did laundry one at the common washer & dryer efficiently. Separate charges for each.

Cons:

No gym but I knew this when I booked.

I had a great stay at Millers Apartments. The location was excellent and very convenient, with easy access to everything I needed during my trip. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout my stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and made me feel at home. I cannot recommend Miller Apartments highly enough! After staying there for 3 weeks, I can confidently say it is the best experience I have ever had. If you are looking for a place that perfectly balances comfort, convenience, and community, this is it. Located in the heart of Adelaide CBD, everything I needed was right at the doorstep. I could easily walk to amazing restaurants, shops or groceries and public transit. The apartment itself is beautiful and meticulously maintained. Despite being so central, the double-pane windows kept the apartment whisper-quiet at night. The property management team was helpful during my stay. From the smooth move-in process to everyday communication, they are incredibly responsive, professional, and accommodating.

Close to facilities. We will recommend it. We recommended it to the hospital.
Pros:

The location was excellent. We had a procedure at the hospital at 6.30 and we are from Meningie so a location in the city close to the hospital was excellent. We loved the security and fobs. Only residents and staff have access to walking around the building and car park. We felt safe. The staff were lovely. We asked for extra towels... no problem. We self catered...the fridge was excellent.
