Cons:

Lack of storage but over crowded with unnecessary furniture eg large table although it was lovely. Parking was difficult and expensive. What I got for my money

Fantastic hotel,fantastic staff and the best company I could ask for “ my wife of course “
Pros:

Myself and my wife love a lovely place to stay,we had the Hensley junior suit and the photos didn’t do it justice.
We were in Brighton for NY but the room was so lovely we went back by 9 and had a part of our own.

Cons:

The property was very contemporary and classy,especially well done from the minute you walked in the door.

Pros:

Everything. The place is stunning and the room was huge.
Front of house Nauris was amazing, he showed us everything we needed and couldn’t be more accommodating and welcoming!

Staff was accommodating and helpful but would have preferred parking provided by the hotel
Pros:

Breakfast, staff and Location were excellent!

Cons:

Too many stairs to get to the room, even though we were offered a different room upon arrival. Parking was a huge issue.

Pre-Christmas two night break.
Pros:

Great location
Close to sea front
Friendly staff
Comfortable bed

Cons:

Too much furniture in bedroom making it cramped.
Black curtains and grey net curtain made bathroom and bedroom so dark.
The £100 security mini-bar deposit needed to pay upon arrival, never seen this in hotels before.

Love this place
Pros:

Absolutely everything. The room, the view, the detail in the room, but above all else, the staff

Cons:

Me being stupid enough to read 'no lift' and still thinking I can wear my clunkiest shoes. My mistake completely, I was aware 100% there were no lifts
