Felt like a well deserved treat.
Pros:

The style was gorgeous, quite glam and glitzy. Loved the mirrors in the bedroom. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were flawless and couldn’t do enough to make you feel comfortable.

Cons:

The location / check where you want to be as it was a good walk to place I had booked for dinner. But the location is still good.

Nettes ,kleines Townhouse, Lage zental, Strand nah.

Cons:

Es wurden zusätzlich sehr hohe Gebühren für den Hund verlangt.Wir waren 2 Tage dort und zahlten 50 £ . Das war nicht ok.

Bond lair
Pros:

Great size room and comfy bed. lovely breakfast and great location right next to the beach. nice coffee machine and biscuits in the room and good glasses. Friendly staff and good communications.

Cons:

The room was large and very Bond lair (if a bit chintzy) but was in the basement so very dark and a bit claustrophobic. The small patio was locked and clearly hadn't been cleaned and the air con unit wasn't sufficient for the room. The bed was comfy but it was impossible to sleep well on a very hot weekend.
Great breakfast but no restaurant. The towels and bath mat weren't changed when the room was cleaned.

Nice hotel, excellent location, but overpriced
Pros:

All was nice, but was expecting more for the £275/night the hotel cost. Stayed in other hotels nearby with same facilities but a lot cheaper

Cons:

Room was a lot smaller than the images suggested, which is normal, but extreme in this case. Toilet was also small and the body wash holder on the wall was broken. For the price I expected better.

Very nice hotel with good breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was great, good choice of cooked breakfast and coffee. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. We liked the location, close to the beach and also a short walk into the centre of Brighton.

Cons:

My partner had to pay £30 for a small neon birthday sign (not to keep and can be reused by the hotel) and balloons for my birthday as it was my birthday trip and he wanted me to have something nice at the hotel. A lot of other hotels offer something small for birthdays free of charge. Not a deal breaker but a nice to have!

Pros:

Excellent location and beautiful sea view from the bedroom. The staff were friendly and attentive and made our stay extra special as we were celebrating a birthday. The breakfast was delicious - loved the bruschetta! Great all round.
