A little oasis of luxury, with beautiful decor and delicious breakfast. Really made our stay in Brighton memorable.
Pros:

We loved the decor, the location and the staff. The breakfast was delicious and we felt so at home! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family and look forward to staying again. Thank you so much for our lovely stay.

Super hôtel with a quirky difference to the norm
Pros:

A beautiful hotel close to the seafront in the Kemptown area. Amazing decor, pristine accommodation (we stayed in the Japanese room) bright and airy even with the intense heat we are all experiencing. Sash windows that opened fully to allow the sea breeze in. Fabulous bathroom with a super deep bath. Everything was superb!

Gute Lage, Zimmer zwar groß gewesen aber im Souterrain! Obergeschoss wahrscheinlich deutlich netter

Cons:

Lage des Zimmers im Souterrain, kein Fenster zum öffnen nur eine Tür in einen geschlossenen kleinen Innenhof der allerdings von weiteren Gästen einsehbar war

Good fun in a great location
Pros:

Spacious fun room with a great bathroom and good coffee making facilities. Lack of air conditioning is a bit of an issue but have the window open and the supplied fan is a big help.

We loved everything about this fabulous hotel. The staff are the friendliest people you could wish to meet and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect and our room were beautiful with a lovely sea view.

Pros:

It is close to the sea and it was ok until a deposit was requested which was not stipulated in the booking. I am waiting for that money to come back to me in the afternoon. The excitement was for me and the damage,minibar

Pros:

Excellent location, wonderful friendly, helpfull and efficient staff. Very generous and interesting breakfasts. I would like to thank them all for looking after us so well!

Cons:

Keep in mind there are 5 floors and no lifts if you aren't good with stairs. You can always request the lower floors.
