Breakfast was brilliant. We felt nalis. Think that was his name, needs a lot more help. He was excellent but was rushed off his feet. Greedy owners need to help him with more support or staff.
Parking was a problem. Lucky we got a spot outside. But it was extra on our stay.

Not the fault of the hotel, but our top floor room was a little too warm on a hot summer’s day. They made us as comfortable as possible with a large fan.

The location worked for me, close enough to food, to have a walk, good location. The hotel was good to excellent, worked well for what I needed.
Parking in this area is a challange, I "managed" it but it was a case of finding some parking near enough to the hotel. Paying for parking was a challange for sure.
Modern, clean room, nice staff
Room had a broken switch for light in bathroom so as we turned it off to go to sleep it did not go off so had to shut the door but there was still light coming through which interrupted sleep

The staff were all really friendly and very helpful.
We had breakfast one day which was very good. Good value at £15 per head and cooked fresh to order. I would recommend the breakfast.
The price of the room was high. £330 a night (excluding breakfast) felt steep but I guess that this reflects Brighton's pricing over a Pride weekend.
