The staff’s unfriendly and clinical reception fell far below expectations, showing zero flexibility even when traveling with two young children. The hotel is outdated, with rooms showing no signs of renovation as if they haven't been touched in decades. Behind the once-prestigious brand name, we unfortunately found only a run-down and unwelcoming establishment.
