Business hotel but invoicing has issues.

Cons:

When I was asked to pay I did not recieve a detailed bill, I was promised that they would send it in 1 hour on April 23 when I checked out. I had to send an email asking for the invoice, they sent the invoice on April 25, but the charge of my room was 709Zl, my booking on booking.com was 630Zl. On April 27 I have sent reply and asked about the difference, since then no reply. Today May 1, I have sent a new email to them.
If you book it via booking.com, it does not count as Accor Member point.

Pros:

Ottima la prima colazione. Comode le camere e comodissimo il letto. Ottima anche la posizione. Ho girato quasi sempre a piedi. Vicina alla stazione centrale per escursioni fuori città. Eliza dello staff amministrativo sempre efficientissima e velocissima a risolvere ogni problema. Ci tornerò!

Pros:

Hotel niezbyt nowy., ale pokój czysty. Okolica cicha i spokojna. Obsługa w recepcji miła i profesjonalna. Śniadanie dobre, chociaż brakowało mi czegoś na słodko ( np. ciastko, naleśnik).

Cons:

Zestaw do herbaty był w pokoju, tylko bez czarnej herbaty i kawy. W pokoju brak wody, a wypadałoby przy takiej cenie za noc choć przygotować jedną butelkę. Telewizor nowy, ale z wystającymi kablami i nie udało mi się go uruchomić.
