Cascade Gardens is worth your stay

It was safe and secure having a gated carpark. Facilities were good too. Rooms were spacious and beds were super comfy.

Cons:

The room had black mould on the walls and ceiling. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on, managed a few hours sleep a night it was that bad. The balcony is tiny and unusable, not a pleasant area to sit if it was big enough anyway we looked on to trees with noisy Bats. We went to the pool but quickly turned around when a Rat ran out of the bushes. I doubt we would have stayed at the pool anyway it was a dark dingy area. I would have brought all these issues up with hotel staff at the time, but other than checking in we didn’t see one member of staff or anyway to contact them.

Spacious apartments, great location. Could be cheaper.
Pros:

Room was well equipped, comfortable beds, hot showers, spacious, great location. Walking distance to main street , lagoon and centre.

Cons:

Male receptionist not overtly helpful, which was very unusual from all the other 5 places we stayed at in Australia. Stayed for 8 nights but no towel change ( found out this was policy on our arrival).As a self catering unit, could do with a microwave. This was by far the most no expensive place we stayed in.

Prima Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer zur Straße. Die Unterkünfte fotografieren ihre Pools immer so, dass man denkt, sie seien größer. Das stimmt aber leider in den meisten Fällen nicht.

Calm and quiet. Good for couple.
Pros:

Though pool is small but it surrounded with trees which good for privacy.

Cons:

We stayed for 5 nights. After 3 nights we asked for new towels but initially they denied to provide but when we insist they finally provided. Which makes us disappointed.
