Proximity to cafes, restaurants and the esplanade was great. The apartment was spacious and clean.
Close to city and esplanade. Quiet. Staff friendly, helpful and unobtfusivr.

Friendly staff, super location only a very short walk to the boardwalk and restaurants.
The bed were very comfortable.
The bathroom was a bit dated. We were on the third floor and had to carry our suitcases up as there is no elevator.
Close to the town centre and waterfront area, with easy parking on site and friendly staff. Good aircon. Decent washing machine, very old dryer that only works for short periods at a time. Wifi mostly OK. Milk/tea/coffee/sugar provided. Cute cat living in the reception area!
A few small things that if addressed would make things much better:
You have to pick up shampoo/conditioner at the reception, rather than it being in your room when you arrive - so good luck if you arrive after reception closes! There was no duvet for the bed, only a top sheet and some mink blankets in the wardrobe. They forgot to complete the apparently scheduled service in the middle of my 2 week stay. No cleaning amenities provided aside from dishwashing liquid to wipe down surfaces etc. Need to bring your own laundry powder. The bin in the kitchen would benefit from a lid.
The area is quite noisy with people on the streets yelling at night etc, and there is little soundproofing if others are partying/playing loud music in the complex. If you are wanting somewhere to stay while working, perhaps try a different place.
The staff are nice and there is a really big cat called bruiser.
The property is old and could do with some maintenance, but I guess it is priced according.
Nice unit in good location as was short walk to Esplanade and surrounding area. Secure off street parking.
The pool area was very nice.
The website makes the rooms look lovely. However, the room I was in was in an extremely poor state of neglect.
Upon arrival, I obtained my key and instructions to my room. The room number was incorrect on their welcome note. Eventually found my room.
Two mornings later I am awoken by a man and lady entering my room at 8am. Apparently their computer system was incorrect and no-one was supposed to be in the room. It took them two days to address the matter which only occurred after I sent them an email asking them to explain. The room, is a disgrace, at a $153 per night. The shower base had missing tiles, the couch had an awful smell (urine). The air-conditioning didn't work. The kitchen tap and shower leaked incessantly. I did approach Sam - Management about these issues to which he had little or no response. I asked if he was aware of the room and the state of disrepair to which he replied I know all of the rooms. Highly disappointed. Poor management and very misleading website. Would not recommend.

This property was very well located—walking distance to the marina and a grocery store. Plenty of options for restaurants and shops in the area. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and cookware you need. The room was also very spacious.
You can tell the property needs updating, but you have everything you need.
Sehr gute Lage, man kann zufuß zur Promenade gehen. Es gibt eine Waschküche im Haus, jedoch nimmt sie nur Münzen (es gibt aber einen Laundromat der Karte nimmt nicht weit entfernt). Gut ausgestattete Küche.
Das Zimmer hat am Anfang etwas gestunken, der Geruch ging aber nach ein paar Minuten offenen Fenster wieder weg.
