Pros:

Завтраки были очень хорошие и разнообразные. Все очень понравилось в столовой. Достаточно свободных мест, и персонал быстро убирает посуду.

Мы приехали из Германии первый раз в этот отель, очень понравилось месторасположение, вежливый персонал, чистота в номерах, очень много интересных мест куда можно пойти, хамам и массажи - это вообще супер

Cons:

Немного не понравилось то что когда мы регистрировали свою поездку то там стояла всё включено и плюс дополнительно 2 часа бесплатных процедур, а по факту оказалось что бесплатные процедуры - это только сауна.Также что за коктейли нужно тоже отдельно платить. Немного также не хватало морепродуктов

I got a food poisoning after eating lunch for the first time when I came there there and many things that I didn’t like that they didn’t say you have to pay for the sunbeds and you have to pay for the towels for the beach and they’re saying like it’s all inclusive but it’s not and I was shocked at the breakfast in the morning I didn’t pay attention. They were asking the room Number and then when I was checking out there was a charge for an orange juice for a 300 lira which is doesn’t make any sense in it since it’s all inclusive although I stay three days and it was the first time that I have breakfast in there they are just dealing with people left and right there is no manners.

Pros:

Personel nie czyta emali. Dostałem pokój o niższym standardzie niż zamówiłem. Po reklamacji musiałem długo czekać w recepcji na zmianę pokoju. Próbowaną mnie naciągnąć na dodatkową opłatę. Jedzenie smaczne , ale mały wybór potraw.

A decent hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. Very limited parking
Pros:

A one night stay as we passed through Alanya. We were able to park our motorcycles in one of the 4 parking spaces to the side of the hotel and our room (401, a family room) overlooked the bikes. These spaces also seem to be used by the people in the hotel opposite so when it’s busier they may not be available. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was good. There was a good choice at breakfast.
