Disappointing stay due to smoke smell.
Pros:

The breakfast was decent.
The staff was very nice.

Cons:

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, including the bathroom. We asked to be moved to another room, but were told that the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing they could do except provide air freshener. We were also told that guests are informed that smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, but since the rooms have balconies, they are allowed to smoke there.

It is unacceptable to present a room that smells so heavily of tobacco. Whoever cleaned the room before our arrival clearly noticed the smell and tried to mask it with air freshener, but it was nowhere near enough.

On top of that, the hotel is located in a very remote area. During our stay, all traffic access to the town was disrupted due to the Women’s Giro d’Italia. As a courtesy, the hotel could have informed guests about this in advance, especially since they contacted us beforehand regarding dinner arrangements.

Tutto. Il bagno rasenta il ridicolo, le pareti e porte sono più sottili della carta velina, in pratica dormi in strada e con i vicini, tutti assieme appassionatamente. Asciugamani originali anni 80, il letto e materasso imbarazzanti. Luci da obitorio. Colazione decente.

Mi è piaciuto la comodità della stanza, la pulizia e la colazione sia salata che dolce

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto la rumorosità dell'edificio, le porte che sbattevano erano molto rumorose e anche la porta dell'ascensore. Non mi è piaciuta la finestra della camera che affaccia in zone comuni, e quindi c'era poca privacy (sarebbe bastato una tenda). Non c'era condizionatore ma fortunatamente si stava abbastanza bene.

La colazione oltre le aspettative attese. Superiore rispetto al comfort della struttura. Il rapporto qualità prezzo. La gentilezza in accoglienza. Pulizia comunque in linea con le attese. La doccia con un bel getto forte.

Cons:

La vetustà della struttura. Rete e materasso dire molto basici da caserma. Ventola staccata nel bagno ovviamente senza finestra!. Odore di fumo nel piano nonostante il chiaro divieto. Non è sicuramente colpa della struttura ma incide sulla bad experience. Rumorosità delle pareti. La chiusura delle porte altrui sembra dietro la testa. Basterebbe poco per colorare le camere offrendo ben altro approccio.
