Good hotel for a safe transit stop, wonderful staff
Pros:

Many reviews mention that the hotel is located in an industrial area, but for a 1-night transit stay by car, it was absolutely fine and felt very safe. There is a convenient parking lot right at the property, and it was very quiet from Sunday to Monday.
The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning ladies we met in the corridor when leaving the hotel were incredibly warm — when we said "Buongiorno", they smiled and wished us "Buon viaggio".
Our room was quite spacious with three separate beds and a very useful desk for laptop work. The breakfast was fine.
Overall, a very good, functional, and clean place for a quick stopover!

Cons:

The only real downside was the shower: it’s just a fixed rain shower head from the ceiling that cannot be removed. They provided shower caps, but for someone with long, thick hair it hardly helps, and your hair gets wet anyway. But it's not a huge problem. :-)

Ci tornerei perché la pulizia e la cortesia per me sono al primo posto!
Pros:

Le lenzuola profumavano di pulito lasciando un buonissimo profumo per tutta la stanza. La luce che entrava dalla grande porta finestra, illuminava tutto. La colazione era abbondante, mi è piaciuta molto la macchina digitale per caffè e cappuccini. Le ragazze alla reception, gentili e cortesi.

Cons:

Purtroppo l'hotel non è in uno dei punti più floridi della zona. Dalla nostra finestra avevamo un'officina gommista e la vista credo di un cimitero, o almeno così sembrava. Però nel complesso siamo stati molto bene.

Pros:

la camera risulta essere molto grande, avevamo prenotato una doppia ma ci è stata assegnata una tripla. il bagno presente nella nostra camera era grande e pulito. pulizia nella media. molto gradito la presenza di acqua nel frigorifero. personale molto cordiale e simpatico. presenza di prodotti per la doccia in monouso.

Cons:

offerta della colazione molto limitata. la camera era leggermente umida (non sappiamo se l'umidità era della camera oppure si è creata dopo la doccia). non sono presenti letti matrimoniali ma solo lettini singoli uniti (siamo stati avvertiti in anticipo di questo).

Pros:

Die zweckmäßige Ausstattung, die perfekt war, um „nur“ zu nächtigen. Das Personal war hervorragend, fähig, hilfsbereit ung sprach außerordentlich gut Englisch und sogar Deutsch!

Hotel posiada własny parking. Jest to kameralny obiekt na obrzeżach miasta prowadzony przez rodzinę. Widać, że to rodzinny biznes. Śniadanie kontynentalno-włoskie, faktycznie własne wypieki o ciekawych smakach. Były sery i Pomidorki oraz ogórki i marchewka! Dobra kawa. Dostaliśmy większy pokój a byliśmy we troje. Lodówka i woda w niej. Recepcja całodobowa. Hotel wysoki ale jest winda.

Hotel i personál byl příjemný, až na paní recepční.

Cons:

Paní recepční nám tvrdila, že žádnou rezervaci přes Booking nemáme a ubytovala nás až po dlouhé debatě a urgumentaci zvýšeným hlasem, mimo Booking.

They refused to give me room at first irrespective of my payment online (only because i had the passport in pdf not physically with me) after letting me wait for an hour they finally told me to send the documents to their email and then gave me the room.
