Comfortable apartment in a wonderful location. Excellent place to wind down.

Cons:

The only negative was that reception was rarely staffed at the times we were at our apartment. It wasn't an issue for us but would have been a pain if we needed them.

Spacious beach front apartment
Pros:

The location on the beach front was absolutely beautiful. Also the size of the 3 bedroom apartments were very spacious.

Good stay, will be back again.
Pros:

Staff were kind and friendly, and were accommodating to fix the issue with us being assigned a different room to what we booked/agreed previously. They got us into the correct room after one night in a different room. Rooms are spacious. Kitchen is well equipped, including with some appliances not usually found in short stay apartments. Location was walking distance to a few nice cafes and restaurants. It's an easy drive to Cairns city and the airport. Trinity Beach area is laid back and quiet.

Cons:

Some extended wait times at reception (to check in, then to ask a question, and to request a pool towel). Even when ringing the published phone number as it was unattended several times for long periods we were unable to get through and stood around waiting. On one occasion multiple people were waiting, and after more than 15 minutes we all gave up and left.
It would be helpful if the staff had a portable/mobile phone that the reception phone number could be diverted to, so they are more easily assessable to guests.
