The host and staff were incredible. Felt like royalty as they kept bringing more for breakfast. So, so kind.

La struttura è situata in ottima posizione tra la stazione ferroviaria S.M.N. ed il centro città. Pulizia e cura dei dettagli. Camera fornita dei kit necessari per l'igiene personale e colazione super, con preparazioni casalinghe e ricercatezze (frutta secca, cioccolatini). Tuttavia, il vero fiore all'occhiello è indubbiamente lo staff, a partire da Cristiano alla reception fino alle signore in sala colazioni, gentili e disponibili a soddisfare ogni esigenza.

Il calore dell'accoglienza che ci hanno riservato.

Petit-déjeuner en terrasse exceptionnel.
Situation idéale, près de la gare de Florence mais sans désagréments, à 5mn à pieds du centre historique.
Et surtout le personnel très accueillant.
Chambre avec climatisation et sdb spacieuses.

Best staff in italy, great breakfast ,great location .

There is an exceptionally pleasant atmosphere among the staff, and towards customers, in this lovely hotel. I don't think I've ever been more happy with the service anywhere. Location is great - close to the train station but also Mercado Centrale and the city center in general. For some reason I got a family room so I could have invited 2-3 people to stay :-) And I received some other very pleasant surprises that I won't specify here, as that might build some expectations from other guests and possibly these are not standard practice.

I loved the warm welcome from all Alinari stuff, everyone were smiling and welling to assist in anytime and they tried their best to make everything go smoothly and their procedures were very easy. since we stepped in it felt like home and I loved the way they treated us and how generous they were.

I didn't not expect that kind of hospitality and respect and for sure when I decided to come again I will definitely choose this hotel.

It’s okay. The place smells kind of weird and is definitely overpriced for what it is, but the man at the desk was very kind and helpful, and it’s in a very convenient location near the train station.

The rooms were very comfortable. The bathroom, modern and spacious. The entrance to the building and the elevator reminded us that we are in a very old city. This is not necessarily bad. On the contrary. It stresses the point that the hotel itself is in excellent condition and that the facilities have been very well taken care of.
As for the staff, from the moment we walked out of the elevator, Cristiano was there to greet us warmly. Leonardo went out of his way to fulfill a request of mine. Fiorella prepared a delicious coffee for us. Fatwua was very kind at the breakfast bar. We felt very well treated by the whole staff. It is a place that I will recommend for its location and comfort, but specially for the staff.

Fantastic location right in the historic centre only a few minutes walk from the Duomo. Staff were very good.
