Pros:

Cristiano beyin ilgi alakası ve bizi evimizdeki gibi rahat ettirmesi, otelin temizliği ve güzel kokusu, kahvaltının güzelliği ve çalışanların güler yüzlü olmasından çok memnun kaldık. Herkese tavsiye edebilir sıcak kanlı insanların olduğu bir otel.

Estadia pratica, confortavel e limpa, bem localizada e com atendimento fantastico!

Gostei muito da Equipe .. todos são muito gentis... em especial o Cristiano que estava no periodo diurno e me atendeu muito bem.. o pessoal do café também .. super atenciosos e prestativos... equipe de limpeza super gentil também... em resumo.. que equipe ...estão de parabéns!!! Eu super recomendo.

De não ter ficado mais uns dias lá ...kkkkkkk.. gostei de tudo !!!

Alinere: oásis em Florença
Pros:

A atenção e o cuidado nos detalhes fizeram toda a diferença! Funcionários educados e felizes! Quarto confortável, excelente banheiro (box espaçoso!), roupas de banho macias! O hotel é perfumado! O café da manhã tem variedade e fartura (pedi ovos fritos e vieram servidos com tanto capricho!). A localização é maravilhosa: muito perto da estação de trem e dos principais pontos turísticos de Florença, além de excelentes restaurantes bem próximos!

We would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The room was spacious. The breakfast on the terrace was terrific! We loved having so much fresh fruit.

Cons:

It was a little awkward to go up and down the stairs for the room and to access the elevator.

The hotel is close to the train station. Very good breakfast and the room is very clean. Above all, the hotel staff was very friendly and provided excellent service during our stay.

Family feeling hotel, giving a relaxing stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel - the staff are great, looking after you very well. Breakfast was amazing; so much choice and really nice touches. Comfortable rooms and beds. Very close to the railway station

Pros:

La cortesia del personale e la posizione vicina al centro! Tutto il personale è stato molto cortese e disponibile, inoltre prima del nostro arrivo ci sono stati forniti consigli utilissimi per parcheggiare la macchina…grazie ancora! La colazione era ottima e la posizione era perfetta per visitare il centro di Firenze. Se torneremo a Firenze sicuramente soggiorneremo di nuovo qui! Grazie 🤩

Our stay at Hotel Alinari was simply fabulous, and made for an incredible first trip to Florence. From the gorgeous accommodations and the gourmet feast of a breakfast served daily, to the kind and welcoming staff, we felt like royalty! Our entire family was impressed and so grateful to retreat to the most beautiful hotel after days of exploring the sights, soaking up the culture, and devouring delicious Italian food each day. We feel very fortunate to have been able to take our daughters on travels around the world, and we can confidently say that you and your hotel are one of the finest, truly. Thank you for making our summer trip to Italy so unforgettable. Friendly staff; large and exceptionally clean rooms; short, walkable distance to many top attraction

Location was excellent- short walking distance to train. Communication with staff was exceptional-answering all our questions. Breakfast buffet was varied, fresh, and top quality. Staff were responsive to every need, friendly, and kind.
