Super Lage und trotzdem ruhige familiäre Atmosphäre bei hochwertiger Hotelausstattung
Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist außergewöhnlich! Wir wurden sehr warmherzig und in familiärer Atmosphäre empfangen. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten einen schönen Ausblick. Das Frühstück ist besonders liebevoll angerichtet und wird auf einer Terrasse mit sagenhaftem Blick auf die Altstadt (duomo, Rathaus…) serviert. Das Team ist sehr bemüht und zugewandt.

Warm and attentive hospitality!
Pros:

Thank you so much for the exceptional hospitality and warmth given to my family. This truly set the hotel apart from others. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally friendly, especially front desk Cristiano and the breakfast room lady (knowing my breakfast preference). The cozy and beautiful styling of the bedroom and breakfast room truly make our hotel stay experience even better.

Pros:

Harika bir karşılama yaptılar. Konum olarak mükemmel bir yer. Heryere yakın ve tren istasyonu dibinizde. Kahvaltı mükemmeldi temizlik son derece iyi. Bebek arabamız bozuldu, tamiri için bir kaç şeye ihtiyacım vardı hemen yardımcı oldular. Personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Herşey harikaydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

Centralt läge med supertrevlig personal.
Pros:

Fantastisk frukost där man fick säga om man ville ha omelett eller äggröra, bacon eller annat till så fixade personalen det. En massa frukt och grönt till, och dessutom små trevliga skålar med choklad och annat smått o gott. Vi kände oss väldigt omhändertagna av all personal.

Cons:

Kanske lite mysigare inredning i rummet, kändes lite sterilt och färglöst. Men det fyllde sin funktion.

Todo. La cercanía de la estación de tren, la habitación; increíble limpieza y todo nuevo! Aunque lo mejor de todo; el dueño del hotel que nos acompañó a la estación al día siguiente para que no nos equivocáramos de tranvía de camino al aeropuerto. Viajamos mucho y nunca nos había pasado nada parecido. El trato increíble. Y también el desayuno! A la carta y todo recién hecho

Muy cerca a la estación del tren, y en un punto medio de todo. Instalaciones cómodas, desayuno
Buffet variado y de buen gusto. El personal del hotel tiene un trato excepcional, amable.

Wonderful find!
Pros:

Location, staff, cleanliness and comfortable room, wide selection of breakfast items all added up to a wonderful 3 nights at Hotel Alinari.

Cons:

It’s Florence which means tourists, tourists and lots of tourists. Not the fault of the hotel when tourists are noisy inside and outside the hotel.

Muy conveniente, limpio y el desayuno espectacular.
Pros:

Desayuno increible, buenisimo (calidad y presentación fantastica) y la atencion del servicio durante el desayuno de 10.

Cons:

A lo mejor el acceso al hotel a través del edificio principal podia estar mas cuidado y limpio (entiendo que esto no es responsabilidad solo del hotel Alinari)
