Cork International Hotel

I had a great stay! It was close to the airport, so you could walk if you wanted to. But they also have a a shuttle that can pick you up if you give them a call. I was travelling alone with my four year old and they helped me with my bag and pushchair, whilst I dealt with my daughter. As soon as we arrived we felt like we were in luxury. We arrived late on Friday night due to delays, and there was a man playing the piano adding to the holiday like feel to the trip. The reception staff are amazing! Every one we dealt with were attentive and kind. My daughter's name was remembered throughout our stay, and she was made to feel special every time she was seen. Whilst I was anxious travelling on my own with my daughter for the first time, they really eased my worries, and made us relax. The rooms had everything we needed, were clean and the beds were so comfortable we slept like logs!! We also sampled the lunch menu the next day, and the staff were also very helpful and the food was delicious. Being so close to the airport I worried we would have a lot of noise, however I don't recall ever hearing a plane from our room. The added bonus for our stay was the child's play area. This had everything my four year old could need, from a play kitchen, to books, to music toys and more. She thoroughly enjoyed her time using this, and everything was very clean and not 'used' too much. Overall, I would recommend anyone to come here, the service, cleanliness and value for your money is great, and I can't wait to go again!

Location is easy to get to and leave.
Atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful.
Rooms are always clean and equipment functioning well.
Values is realistic for this type of hotel, there are usually some offers.
Hotel rooms and restaurants are well cleaned.
Overall a great experience...we keep going back!

The experience was made so easy and painless by friendly and engaging Staff. Really convenient for very early flights & Thank You for the free airport shuttle service at 4am. I will return.

Location suited me. Atmosphere was amiable. Room was fine and clean towels not bad, but the climate control system was hard to see, difficult to make work and seemed unavailable at times. There were coffee/tea making facilities but no biscuits, and no refrigerator. I thought it rather poor value at €180 per night including breakfast. Noise level excellent. Service was not called upon but breakfast coffee was forgotten. I was prepared to comment directly to the hotel but was warned by my security system that the website used was unsafe and did not do so.

Fantastic location, rooms are spotless, staff are on it, food is great and the rates are really good. 10 minutes from the City and right on the door of Cork Airport.

Very friendly staff and good service, but the room was unfortunately not in the best condition during our stay. One of the windows appeared to have been only hastily repaired, and the strong wind blowing through the gaps made for an uncomfortable experience. We hope the management addresses these maintenance issues to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.

I checked into the Cork International Hotel yesterday at 2.30 pm as I requested an early check in (if available) and I stayed overnight. I was with my 10 year old daughter. The hotel is amazing. A lot of hotels with such close proximity to an airport sometimes use their location as their bonus and lack in other areas, that certainly does not apply here.
Prior to check in, the correspondence via email from the hotel was great. Letting you know what facilities were available and upgrades which could be made.
From check in to check out (28/2 to 1/3), every member of staff behind the reception was so friendly and is a total credit to the hotel. I arrived an hour early to ensure a gift and balloons were in the room for my daughter prior to our arrival. The girl in reception was so friendly and professional and ensured this was done.
Food in The New Yorker was top class. My daughter had chicken goujons from the kids menu and I had pie of the day. Both dishes were of high quality and the staff and the atmosphere in the restaurant was great.
A pianist was playing from 7pm onwards and created a lovey relaxed feeling in the foyer.
We had the cinema booked for 8pm which is great . I would highly recommend. It involves pre booking but it’s a lovely feature and you can purchase a treat box at reception.
The bedroom is fantastic and very clean. Beds are so comfortable. The rooms are totally soundproof so a great nights is guaranteed.
Breakfast in the morning is again top quality as expected. The Atlantic restaurant is a beautiful relaxed setting with great staff who quickly react to any request.
There is a great play area for what I would rate to be under 5s. My daughter and I enjoyed the table tennis and bats are available at reception.
I don’t usually do long reviews but I wouldn’t do justice to this hotel if I didn’t. It is a fantastic hotel and I could not recommend it highly enough. There is a sign by the door as you leave saying enter as a guest and leave as a friend. It’s so true as due to the warm reception you receive by the staff in this hotel,you definitely will return in the future.

We stayed at the hotel due to a late night arrival at the airport. The price for parking and one nights stay was very good. The hotel is quite large with many facilities and very helpful staff.
We would definitely utilize it again given it’s so close to the airport and also provides park & fly.

Beautiful Hotel, very relaxing atmosphere, rooms very spacious and spotless , good value for money. We all hope to stay again soon , Staff was great and made us feel very welcome .Breakfast and dinner was excellent!

The whole atmosphere of this hotel is great. The lobby is decorated to a fantastic standard as are the bedrooms. We had an early flight next morning. While waiting for our complementary shuttle to the airport we were treated to complementary tea/coffee and buffet before leaving. I must say that this was a lovely touch. I know hotels often look for feedback to make some improvements for a better customer experience. But I would say to Cork International Airport Hotel “Don’t change anything” you are running a great customer experience as is. Not forgetting you courteous and helpful staff.

In the check in gave me a used room. the second day forgot to clean my room. And in the restaurant i made a reservation and the restaurant forgot my reservation and i had to wait 30 minutes.

Lovely friendly staff, very attentive. Si convenient for early morning flight.

Great stay, return visitors when in Cork. Spacious rooms for families, lovely staff, great food.

As either a couple of family we always stay here. Great big rooms. Helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Good location although not in the city.

It was my wife's milestone birthday and our wedding anniversary.....I just sent an email to the hotel asking could they have a treat ready for my wife when she arrived....got email back saying they upgraded our room the girl on reception that night on the 5th of February was very polite she told us we were upgraded to a suite I was blown away my wife was so delighted.....thank you to all at cork international it started our holiday off on the most perfect note.....we didn't get a chance to eat at the hotel we arrived late and departing early but everything was so clean

We arrived after midnight following a four-hour flight and were delighted with the warm and pleasant check-in. The room was very spacious, with extremely comfortable beds — exactly what we needed after travelling.

The in-room charging station was a lifesaver as I had forgotten to pack a charger suitable for Irish sockets. Breakfast the following morning was lovely, with plenty of choice and everything fresh.

A fantastic stay overall. We will certainly stay again when flying in or out of Cork Airport.

Cork International Hotel is the place to stay if you have an early flight from Cork Airport. It takes all the stress out of travelling to an earlyflight. You are well rested. The staff are so friendly on arrival met with a smile after checking in on line keys were on hand escorted to the room a bonus of Your car parking is taken care of and you can get the shuttle bus supplied by the hotel to the door of the airport on your stay. Now that’s service You can have a lovely meal in the New York restaurant great atmosphere would say 5 star meal pianist playing creating such a relaxing atmosphere while you eat ,not to mention a coffee and croissants available at four in the morning for you as you get your wake up call and have the shuttle bus take you to door of airport
All I can say is your an example to others as to how it should be done
