It was a wonderful experience which featured a central location on the main street allowing us to walk everywhere. The hotel had nice, comfortable seating areas both inside and outside allowing us a relaxing time to read and enjoy the view in between different activities. The staff were very friendly and attentive which gave a feeling of being home.

Beautiful and spotless hotel right in the center of town. Walkable to everything. Wonderful restaurant Mad & Vin. Outdoor fire pits. With a staff who understands the art of hospitality. Front desk Janet and Kyler you are lovely!

Very nice hotel in the heart of Solvang. The staff is very nice and the rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The underground parking is really great in the summer heat. The bar and restaurant were delicious, we had breakfast, snacks and dinner there. Easy walking distance to lots of Solvang sites. Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience from check in to check out and very good customer service. Located in the center of everything. Stayed in a Tower Suite and the room was amazing. Dinner and breakfast at hotel restaurant was exceptional. A great stay and wonderful property. Will be back

I have stayed at the Landsby twice for work. Once during the Thomas Fire (2017) and again in July 2026 for work related travel. Both times the facility and staff were great. Thank you for being a resource for this wandering helicopter pilot trying to find last minute accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were lovely, well appointed, clean, and just an all around great experience. Thank you to the front desk for helping us with connecting rooms to accommodate our family. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a perfect experience. The room was delightful. We had an awesome dinner at Mad & Vin for our second time there. The second night we had the flourless chocolate molten cake at the bar after eating elsewhere. Everything at the Landsby was memorable in a good way!

The Landsby Is where you want to stay the location is central! The hotel is clean, updated, and the staff was so friendly. The hotel is right across one of our favorite restaurants. It’s called the gathering table. There is so much near this hotel you can walk to tasting rooms, coffee, shops, and so many food options.!! Book it!

The Landsby is conveniently located in downtown Solvang, allowing visitors to walk to local attractions (tasting rooms, restaurants, Mission Santa Inez). The room we stayed in was large, clean and comfortable as well as quiet. The room had a king bed as well as a bistro table and tow chairs, a min fridge, and a lot of floor space. We stayed there on a Wednesday and a Thursday in June. The fire pits with seating were a nice place to unwind at the end of the day, The days we were there we had the firepit area on the lowest level to ourselves. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful atmosphere, beautiful rooms and property, staff very accommodating and friendly, bar staff knowledgeable and inviting.

I was looking for a nice hotel, but not without character, for my yearly solo trip and found The Landsby through some internet research. It lives up to the good reviews! The room was beautiful, the courtyard wonderful, and--from the lavender satchet to the Tolkien quote on the keyrings--The Landsby had all the little details that made my stay in Solvang superlative. Very cute decor and very nice service. Will be staying here again!
