Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Intouriste. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Imad at reception and Omar from security, who truly went above and beyond to help us. The pool, spa, and location were excellent, and we felt very well looked after throughout our visit. We would happily stay here again!

Pros:

Helpful staff and comfortable accommodation. Pool area nice. Good value for price.

A bit out of the way but only 15 min walk to main area of Agadir. Lots of building work in local area.

Pros:

Taille de la chambre. Gentillesse du service.

Cons:

Le prix sans rapport avec un petit déjeuner pas frais, pain pas frais, oeufs mal cuits. Essayé une fois, pas plus. Petit déjeuner Trop cher. Pas bon. Si nous avions su que c'était aussi le consulat de la Fédération de Russie, nous ne serions pas venus. Maintenant, nous n'avions qu'à nous renseigner.

C'était spacieux et la terrasse est agréable.

Cons:

Le jeune arrogant à la réception n'a aucune compétence en service à la clientèle et n'est pas du tout respectueux avec les clients. Et l'agent de sécurité nous fixait sans cesse et a demandé à ma femme d'aller à la réception avant d'aller à la chambre car il pense que c'est une prostituée. Et sur booking c'était mentionné que le déjeuner était 50 dirhams c'est faux. Le prix est 50% plus cher que le prix affiché.

Moyen mais suffisant selon nos besoins.

le studio était grand avec un très grand lit, coin cuisine pratique (même si peu utilisé). Résidence propre et calme

Cons:

Le SPA et Salle de fitness réservés aux femmes, ce qui n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce ! Décevant dans un établissement recevant des touristes de toutes origines. D'autant que les autres hôtels ont des accès au spa mixte après discussion avec d'autres personnes. Nous avons donc fait un hammam, massage dans la ville, qui était très bien et finalement moins cher qu'à l'hôtel.
Barre de douche cassée, réparée après réclamations mais pas correctement, impossible de l'utiliser en ciel de pluie. Eau tiède froid les 3 premiers jours, et brulante les 2 derniers (sans doute un système solaire donc si pas de soleil, pas d'eau chaude pour la douche
Pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre, prêté sur demande à la réception.
Petit déjeuner pas bon du tout, peu de choix (pas de fruit, pas de yaourt, œuf brouillé froid)
