le matelas est confortable la salle de bain spacieuse
l'eau est bien chaude
le personnel au top

mauvaise insonorisation des chambres côtés routes
attention car beaucoup de travaux dans la zone founty malheureusement les hôtels subissent également les travaux

Exceptional overall stay
Pros:

The Hotel had mixed reviews so we were really surprised that this 3 star hotel seemed like a 4 star Hotel in some areas.

Wonderful and friendly staff like Imad always on hand to help.

Cons:

Need more food options. Only a few items with klay kitchen. Breakfast only from 8am to 10am. Restaurant only open for breakfast. The Chinese place next door was really bad.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Intouriste. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Imad at reception and Omar from security, who truly went above and beyond to help us. The pool, spa, and location were excellent, and we felt very well looked after throughout our visit. We would happily stay here again!
