Overall, a good stay.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Cons:

The cleaning staff entered our room while we were getting dressed to leave. Just one knock and she came in without us having time to respond. We still well over a hour before checkout. Didn't like that at all.

Needs updating, room was not as clean as it should be, breakfast staff was inattentive and many staple items were not replaced in a timely manner leaving guests standing around waiting.

Great location, but the hotel needs some work.
Pros:

The location was great. Lots of access to major shopping and dining. Breakfast was okay and the room rates we okay.

Cons:

The bed linen was dirty. The water for the sink barely came out. The heater for the room did not work and the weather was cold. We were given an opportunity to move to another room, but it smelled really awful.

It was pleasantly surprised with how nice it was.
Pros:

Very clean , staff was super helpful and house keeping , she was awesome! She provided extra towels , cleaned upon request.

Cons:

We loved it ! We would stay in the suite again. It was nice and bid for three kids and two adults.

Disappointing.
Pros:

It was fine

Cons:

The AC unit was not working properly. When I left my room in the morning, the hallway was cooler than my room. There was no way for me to adjust the temperature downward, and it was muggy and humid all night long.
