Terrible smell in our room
Pros:

Horrible smell inside the room! We could barely sleep through it and the room key also didn’t work. The breakfast was also stale

They need to talk to their staff about being welcoming through clients. Otherwise it was a nice day.
Pros:

Property was clean and comfortable

Cons:

The staff checking in was rude. The gentleman act like we were bothering him. His relief wouldn’t even look up and speak to us.

1. The hotel has only one elevator; it needs at least one more, at least a service elevator. 2. The parking lot was completely full; it needs to be expanded. I had to park on grass. 3. The breakfast was marginal. 4. The bathtub floor was a bit unsteady to stand on when taking a shower.

Great hotel

We were happy with the value we received, though we notice the aging of the property.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The room was a nice size. Breakfast was hot and ready.

Cons:

The room was decent. It had an odor to it. Both our room and the room I reserved for my mother-in-law. In our room our TV remote did not work, but we were able to at least turn on something the "old fashioned" way. Both refrigerators rocked...not leveled off in the space it was located in.

Spacious room and quiet surroundings.
Pros:

Front desk staff was polite and accommodating to requests made.
Room was spacious and great having a love seat and ottoman. Sink water had very little pressure and the shower drained very slow. The fridge was small with no top freezer and was missing a leg so difficult to close the door.
The maid needs training in bed making. The top sheet was put on wrong so it was not tucked in at foot and dragged on floor on the sides. Difficult to open closet doors which really weren’t needed. 1 washer and 1 dryer was broken.
