Pros:

Beds were tilted to wall. Toilet pipe wrapped in paper towel. Sloppy caulking in Bathroom. outside parking lot entrance needed spruced up

Cons:

After checking in we were informed the pool was closed and the advertised breakfast would not be available at all during our stay due to some type of convention going on. We then when to the room there was a dirty cleaning rag on the floor and bottle caps on the pull put bed. We tried to reach someone multiple times to talk about compensation for the amenities being closed and the room not being properly cleaned but they will not respond.

I have stayed in two star hotels that have been 90% better than this one, I divided to take a chance with this one think
Pros:

Nothing to costly, dirty no hair conditioning carpet sticky and dirty
False advertisement they should refund

Cons:

False adds about breakfast, pool dirty not working. Coffee machine inside the bathroom DISCUSTING!!!
They should refund me my money.

Overall a good hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel. Front desk service was great, and overall hotel is clean and well maintained. A few issues for me : 2 floors had broken ice machines, breakfast had only cereal and waffles( no protein), and hotel advertises an indoor pool, but their pool is outside and seasonal.
But overall, I would stay here again.
