I would not recommend or stay here again
Cons:

I didn't like having the sign lights from other businesses shining though window all night and unable to close curtains due to them bring on wrong tracks so no sleep! the bed was extremely squeaky, did not like there was no do not disturb signs so staff came into my room when I was out, didn't like when I asked for headache meds I could purchase at you front desk I was told they didn't have any and could cleary see box of advil. Elevator had broken buttons and cleanliness was not a high priority other then the front area it seems

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

Homeless guy laying in parking lot when it was late. Lighting in parking lot bad. Not enough handicap parking-.side doors wouldn't open with key. Room was dusty and coffee pot in bathroom. Room very musty. A/c was not cold and ice machine didnt work. Creamer were rock solid. I am trying to understand how they got 4 stars!!!

Shady tactics ruined my persecution of this particular Comfort Inn
Pros:

Location fit our purpose for the stay. An overnight stay in route to our final destination

Cons:

Shady tactics. Booked and paid through Booking.com, only to arrive and have my reservation canceled.

They blamed it on booking saying they never received the message I sent regarding arrival time.

Found out next day when I called Booking that the hotel canceled the reservation due to an overbooking.

In other words they were overbooked for my room through booking but had plenty of rooms when I arrived. Obviously the room I paid for at the hotel was more expensive than the room I booked through Booking.com

The convenient and reasonably priced.
Pros:

Unfortunately, there was no half and half or cream available for breakfast and the bacon looked undercooked.
Waffle House got our business.

The room was okay and the bed was comfortable. The love seat/hideaway cushion on the flip side was gross.
There was no way I would have slept on this. Maid service should be checking for these things.
Since this is a budget hotel, I guess you can't expect but so much.

Since there is easy access from I 95 and convenient to many restaurants, I would stay again for an over night stay.

Cons:

Just and older facility, that could use some updating.

Pros:

The staff was super nice and friendly

Cons:

The first room they have is was filthy and unusable. The second room, you couldn’t shut the bathroom door. With 4 of us in room was not good. Needed a working bathroom door

Great place
Pros:

The rooms are large and clean, hot breakfast, and no parking fee. Several restaurants close by. It's right off 95, which is a great stopping point for us travelling to FL.
